I just returned from Coconut Bay, and I can’t describe how great my vacation was! The staff at this resort goes ALL OUT for guests. They have an entertainment crew that gets people pumped and ready to dance, the food and service in every restaurant is top notch, the room attendants do an amazing job. We had little inspirational notes from Star every single day. I kept them as a souvenir. Vernon and his aqua fit class is an experience all its own. He will kick your butt and you’ll love him for it. What an incredible human being he is. All the bartenders make delicious drinks. The amount of work they do for theme nights is crazy. We had such a great time at Caribbean and western nights!
The buffet was delicious with tons of choices every meal we had there. Calabash surf and turf was amazing. The cucumber watermelon roll at Silk was one of my favorite things of the week. Plus the catch of the day. This resort knows how to cook fish!
The lazy river was a favorite and all the activities were a blast. They have bingo, foam parties, dance lessons, trivia, karaoke, and many others plus entertainment in the lobby at night by really talented performers!
Many reviews mention the shape of the rooms. We stayed in Harmony 333 and it was clean and comfortable. We had no complaints but all we did was sleep in the room so this was not a factor for us. Go and enjoy.
The staff remembers returning guests, and everyone was so friendly and warm. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There were a lot of people at the resort, but nothing was ever overcrowded. There’s an adult side with a bar and 2 pools which we enjoyed for more quiet time. The beach was gorgeous with chairs, hammocks, a bar, and burgers during the day. We did a land and sea tour with snorkeling, lunch, mud bath, and the waterfall which did cost extra, but was worth the price! The spa there was amazing! I really can’t say enough positives about this place. We enjoyed the food, local vendors, and of course the beautiful views. The only downside would be the water pressure in the bathroom and the mattress was a bit firm. Other than that we hope to come back and bring the kids next time!

Rooms are dated and need some love, but the resort, food, location and STAFF make up for it. The rooms are clean and nice, just dated.
Resort is awesome, 5 minutes from the airport, lots of room and you don't feel like your elbow to elbow with people. Bars are great and bartenders are awesome, sorry I can't remember everyone's name, But Kerry at the beach bar is the best! They try their best to get to know you and are always happy!
Food was fantastic and lots of it. Buffets were good, loved the Jerk Tree House and dinner restaurants were really nice!!!!
I would definitely return, well worth it!!!!!

Coconut Bay Resort in Saint Lucia truly exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable getaway, long overdue but perfectly timed during the pandemic. Traveling with my mother and her best friends, every aspect of our stay was exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. Kert's welcoming smile at the airport set the tone for the entire trip. He seamlessly guided us through check-in and arranged a shuttle, ensuring our comfort from the start.
Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous individuals who went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary. Ivan's intricate wood sculptures added a touch of local artistry to the resort, while Peggy and Finse's meticulous housekeeping kept our accommodations immaculate.
At the Flip Flop Bar, Gaiel and Antonine greeted us with refreshing drinks, setting the stage for relaxation. Notoya's attention to detail during our veranda breakfasts made each morning a delight, and Justine's culinary expertise, especially with my mother's dietary preferences, was commendable.
Sherlandia, Julia, and their team at the concierge desk were instrumental in ensuring our every need was met, from arranging tours to extending our checkout seamlessly. Mickey expertly handled our reservations, while Christie and Torre made our experience at the Paradise Beach Club truly unforgettable.
As we bid farewell to Coconut Bay, special mentions are due to Targe, Benton, Rohan, and Berlinda for their attentive service, ensuring our every dining experience was a culinary delight. Nica's poolside service added to our relaxation, while Vernon's yoga and aquacise sessions invigorated both body and mind.
Entertainment at the resort was top-notch, thanks to the talents of Zora, Gillie, See, and Torre, whose performances captivated us throughout our stay. Linus, Lucia, and their team at the Flip Flop Food Bar ensured we never went hungry, while Curtis's insight into sea moss during our farm visit was both educational and enriching.
In summary, our stay at Coconut Bay Resort was nothing short of magical. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and vibrant atmosphere made it a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return to this tropical paradise and create more cherished memories.

Extremely disappointed with our vacation. We have traveled to many islands in the Caribbean and Mexico. This was by far the worst experience we have had. We paid extra for a "premium" room with an ocean view. Upon arrival were super disappointed to find a very run down hotel that looks like it has not been updated since 1980. The pictures on the website are very deceiving, it looks nothing like the pictures.
1. Rooms are very run down. Ocean view consisted of a small sliver of the ocean far away that you can barely see. Rooms smelled musty and bedding was stained.
2. Bathrooms were very small. Hot water didn't work for first 3 days we were there. We were told if we tip the housekeeper it would work. Magically, once we started tipping, our hot water started working. Even though maintenence came up 2 times prior and couldn't fix it.
3. The website boasts several restaurants, but good luck getting a reservation. All were booked up the day we arrived. We got to 1 restaurant and had to eat at the buffet the rest of the time. Buffet is good, but hardly any options.
4. Beach is on the Atlantic side--we did not realize this when we booked. Water is very choppy and looks nothing like pictures. If you want to go to Caribbean for the turquoise water, this is not the resort for you.
5. They do not give wristbands to any guests, which I found weird. There is no way of telling who is a resort guest and who is not!?
6. 1 person in our party was sick the second day with vomiting and diarrhea assumingly from the food.
Overall, very disappointed. The money that you pay is not worth it. Spend your money at a better resort.
