It was a great visit for my family. The staff is really good and supportive. The room was clean and it had all the amenities. Lovely view and it had a nice sea view. The price was fair and it had several offers. The food was perfect, I thought. But the room A/C was not much good, the technician checked and nothing happened due to a maintenance problem. And balcony separation has not much privacy. The only problem was when we were at the checkout, one of the receptionists asked for my device and posted a review herself, i don't recommend it personally.

We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and supportive. The room was clean and well-arranged and had a great sea view.The washroom was spacious. But the AC was not enough due to their maintenance issue. The buffet was perfect with a variety of foods. When we were checking out one of the receptionists asked for my device to give their hotel review link. But even though the review content was right i would not recommend that personally. Would recommend to any one for your vacation stays..

Good The room and bathroom was spacious and the outside seating was nice. The garden was very pretty. A wide range of recreational activities were available (a special mention to Shivantha and Denuwan at the sports center for TT practice and tips). Room service staff were very friendly and helpful. Bad The bathroom sink was blocked. Room service was a bit slow at times. Service at the dining area could have been better, it was not professional and too slow.

I recently stayed at this resort and had an overall positive experience. The front desk services were excellent, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The surroundings were peaceful, providing a relaxing escape. However, I must mention that the buffet didn't meet my expectations. It had limited options and felt somewhat monotonous. Despite this, the resort is a good place for a tranquil getaway.

Location is very nice and relaxing. Buffet was nice and decent. Hospitality overall is good. However the rooms could use some good maintenance. There was a see through glass to the Bathroom and the plastic shutters that closed behind was damaged because of that it is see through. There were no plastic water bottles and no toothbrush or toothpaste. Looks like they are in to no plastic. Instead they have like a big metal water flask that you could refill with water dispensers outside each floor. Toothbrush and paste are available to guests on request. The overall stay for me personally was satisfying.

Great hotel. So glad we stayed here an extra couple of days after a long flight. The rooms are good and a decent size with great views from the balcony. The pools are amazing. One had a lot of shallow areas that were partly covered which was great for our toddler. The food was really nice with a great mix of local food and international options. The staff were also amazing and really friendly. I would recommend this as a place to relax after a long flight.

The carpark is rather dimly lit, which can be a bit unsettling, especially at night. The staff were kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was generally good. While lunch can improve, dinner was a step up, and breakfast was really good for me as a local. The hotel boasts a beautiful sea view with a clean beach, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation. The two pools, one with a depth of 2 meters, were a highlight of the stay. They were well-maintained. The rooms were decent. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep. One room had issues with the air conditioning, but prompt assistance from the staff, including sending a technician to fix the problem, can be appreciated. It was interesting to see a mix of both local and foreign guests. Despite some shortcomings, my stay at the hotel was a generally positive experience.

I'll elaborate as requested. I thank for the response. I had lunch buffet yesterday with 2 persons at your place. The buffet was not in standard for the price. Less variety and selections. There was no proper salad section at all. Your hotel is a reputed place, overall experience is good and you can improve after reviewing.

Didn’t stay at the hotel (I can only imagine it’s lovely based on how the lobby and bar looks like), went to the bar on the ground floor for drinks and some snacks. Lovely atmosphere, great location, lovely staff. Prices are very reasonable. However, please be aware that they add tax of 22% without telling you about it. The menu mentions the prices don’t include tax, but it doesn’t say how much is the tax. When the bill arrives - no separate mention of the tax, just increased prices. Spent almost a month in Sri Lanka and this is the first time tax is more than 10%. As mentioned, prices are very reasonable so it’s not a point about cost is a point about lack of communication (but it is also annoying that the tax is more than double than the rest of Sri Lanka is charging). You have to communicate, whether verbally or written, it doesn’t matter how, what matters that you make customers aware of it. Plus of course print it on the bill so your customers can clearly see what they are paying for. The staff is lovely but this behaviour is unacceptable.

Had a nice room here. Hotel was clean and reasonably maintained. Situated on the beach with nice views. Two large pools one with swim up bar. Good food at breakfast, dinner is a buffet or Al a Carte. Location about a 10 minute ride to Negombo city and 20-30 minutes to the main Airport.
