I recently stayed at Yas Rotana for 3 days and 2 nights, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They regularly checked in to see if I needed anything, and whenever I made a request, they were quick to respond, which is a refreshing change from other hotels where you often have to wait ages for assistance. Their consistency in delivering fast customer service is truly commendable.
Moreover, the hotel boasts a fantastic jacuzzi and sauna, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of activities.
However, there were a couple of downsides to my experience. The bedsheets were rough, which affected my comfort during the night. Additionally, the partition-like walls didn't provide much sound insulation, and I could often hear noises from neighboring rooms, including children crying, which was quite disturbing.
On a positive note, I appreciated the complimentary access to Yas Beach, which added value to my stay.
Overall, despite the minor drawbacks, the exceptional customer service and amenities such as the jacuzzi and sauna at Yas Rotana made my stay memorable. With a few improvements in room amenities and sound insulation, this hotel could easily become a top choice for travelers in the Yas Island area.

Holiday well-spent at Yas Island Rotana. We felt like it was our home for 3-days (wish it was longer!) The property is beautiful, well situated on the island. Staff are attentive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.
The bus shuttle is such a big pro. Super easy to go around the island!

On May 10, we checked into the hotel with my family. The room was cleaned sloppy. The sink was completely clogged. We had to wash our hands in the bathtub, it was not fixed for 2 days. Apart from soap, there was no other complimentary package. Although I paid for 2 adults and 2 children, there was only 1 bathrobe, 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel in the room. We had to ask for everything missing every day. The worst thing was that there were bedbugs in room 633. I got more than 10 bites on my body and it was horribly itchy and swollen. We couldn't sleep all night, they ruined our vacation. We come to have a nice vacation away from stress and we are experiencing a hostel disgrace of 3 euros a night, this is unacceptable. I will complain about the hotel to the ministry of health and the ministry of tourism, this cannot be a 4 star hotel. I want my money to be refunded.
You can hear the night club. The sound of the TV that the next room is watching. Sound insulation is very bad. We woke up at 7 in the morning to the noise of hammers and repairs.
We moved to room 1001 on the 10th floor. There are ants on the floor and the elevator does not work. We tried to make a phone call to inform that the elevator was out of order, this time the phone doesn't work. Is all this a camera joke?
The restaurant is very small, noisy and stuffy. The tables are close to each other. It is not pleasant to eat nose to nose with people who are not decent and constantly shouting. I definitely do not recommend this hotel...

Rooms and service of staff was very commendable. Great views of F1 track, Marina and Ferrari World from balcony. I had an issue with a neighbour and after compĺaining,the hotel resolved it very quickly. One request to hotel is to fully sound proof interconnecting doors so that there are no skirmishes between guests.

The staff mr. Tayyab, was so attentive and nice, and all of the staff in this hotel, they were professional. Room service was fast, and neat. this hotel has a free shuttle bus to visit all the attractive places in yas island.
I would fully recomend this hotel :)
