The absolute best! We were so so happy with our stay here. The staff are so kind and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The massages are fantastic (and you get a free foot massage!). The villa is beautiful and so peaceful. When our flight was cancelled, they were so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. We will always come back here! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! The honeymoon package was superb, with beautiful room decoration on arrival. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and I couldn't thank them enough. We were treated like royalty. The Spa treatment was the best I've ever had, no doubt. The breakfast food had a bit of variety to it, it was fun to try different cuisines. The rooms were cleaned well - no complaints there. Some bathroom towels weren't prietinely clean, but that was fine considering everything else being perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Lets see… i had high hopes when i see all the spa awards they used to had, but the villa was not well maintained and not as clean, lots of watermarks all over the bathroom, you know they don't deep-clean as much as they should. The toilet is hard to flush, the sink pipe floods with water. The tissue and toiletries wasn't properly filled when they come and clean every other day. The pool also wasn't treated and deep cleaned properly too, it was slippery and itched when you dipped into the pool, which seems like they rely on treatments to clean the pool instead of brushing and cleaning the pool properly. The little noises from the midnight clubs and the bugs (tokek) wasn't so much a problem to me, we know we are in Legian downtown. What bugs me more was the daily services, from forgetting to fill the daily coffee / water bottle / toiletries / tissue toilet so u have to call them, ( my husband tips alot ) i mean those are standardized hospitality to fill beverages and toiletries. They would excused to come to spray or light the anti mosquitoes at odd hours when you came back for your relaxing snack time - and to fill the daily beverages they forgotten. I mean.. we just got back and trying to feed the kids some snack and they asked if they can spray baygon. The free foot spa was good, but when you want to buy more packages to try on their full massage, they always say it is fully booked, 24 hours x 4 days we were there, but the spa looks empty all the time. I would still give 3/5 stars considering the receptionist and some staff are still very polite and i enjoyed the breakfast they sent every morning with bird chirping while sipping on my morning coffee. But as a local, I wouldn't come back for sure with the price i paid. Would still go back to Padma and Mulia for much standardized consistent services.

We had the most wonderful time on our honeymoon at this hotel! We stayed for 6 amazing nights and were blown away by the incredible staff—they truly made our stay unforgettable! Our room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious every morning. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. And don’t miss out on their fantastic spa—it’s a must-try experience!

Although we weren’t big fans of Legian, Kuta area after arriving from Ubud, the same cannot be said about Alaya Dedaun! The hotel was lovely and we definitely would stay at the hotel again. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved our experience! We opted for a villa with private pool which was very relaxing. The staff were attentive and incredible staff— they truly made our stay enjoyable and seamless to our requirements. For example , room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious every morning which was served in the pool area. They were fast at removing any geckos that were disturbing and personalised your stay by putting your name next to the villa you’re staying at. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kuta. We also got a foot massage which was great! Special thanks to Yudi , Both Ayu’s and Dwii!
