I had an incredible experience at this hotel in Phuket! The three pools were amazing and provided a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. The room was cozy and provided the perfect sanctuary for my husband and me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ark, a staff member at the lobby, who was exceptionally nice and helpful during our check-in process. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Overall, we're extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. ❤️🙏🏼

We booked Avista Hideaway as wanted to be able to relax and it was very peaceful up the hill away from Patong craziness. The pools and pool bars were great and a shout out and big thanks to Rancho at the main pool who gave great service even when he was left on his own with a lot of thirsty customers! Hotel upgraded us to a wellness package as was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise. We did a private yoga lesson which was amazing! The Spa massages were great but the massage beds do need updating. Overall the rooms were comfortable if a little dated but that didn’t bother us. Service was impeccable from all the staff. If you eat in the restaurants be prepared to pay the same as AU prices but was easy enough to hop in a cab to many great restaurants that were much cheaper in Patong. Overall a great place to stay!

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on our arrival to the moment we left for the airport we had a fantastic experience.
Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful,
it was spotless, there was a king size bed and a queen size bed , we had a lovely balcony that we could sit in the evenings and enjoy the pool
The breakfast was everything we could wish for with plenty of staff to look after our needs. Overall a super place to stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family
Looking forward to staying again only earlier in the year

Beautiful property. We were given a complimentary upgrade to the pool villa, which was awesome.
Our check in was quite fast, was a pleasure chatting with Mathew.
The Villa room was all luxury and the private pool was just lovely.
Food was good, room service was quick.
Breakfast was elaborate, loads of options.
Buggy service was prompt, there were telephones all over to call for one when required.
All the staff was very cordial and warm.
Would definitely recommend staying here. It was our first visit to phuket and we loved it.

Avista Hideaway rescued us from another hotel where we were so disappointed. We reserved a last minute room early this morning and our fortunes changed immediately. From the warm welcome email greeting to the ice cold towel in the reception area, we knew we had made the right decision to switch. With no notice, while at lunch, the Hideaway team surprised us with this celebratory acknowledgement of our 25th wedding anniversary which is why we are vacationing. This is what hospitality is all about. We are grateful for the kindness, yummy cake, love swans and beverage. We will never forget the hotel, team. The restaurant and property has a zen quality that we love. It’s still our first day and we look forward to the rest of our stay. BTW. Our lunch at the Vista was very good. Huge variety of international options can be selected. Thank you all.
