Me and my two friends went here for five days and we had an absolute blast! We had so much fun at the pool with two of the workers on the entertainment team David and Kevin. They did a great job getting everyone involved and making great conversation with the guest, all the games were so much fun. The bartenders and staff were all very kind and welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable and had a great time. The food was very good and so was the club. I love the After Dark club the most the karaoke, is it lots of fun. If you do come here you should definitely give it a try and sing a song , we had a very smooth trip. We didn’t have any problems. The room was very comfortable. Room service came at a good time and the view is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely come back here again I love how there’s two separate pools, a party pool and the more calm pool. Thank you!

We recently stayed at the Breathless Riviera Resort from August 15-19 for a bachelor trip, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The highlight of our stay was supposed to be relaxation and fun, but instead, we ended up with bed bug bites all over our bodies.
Upon discovering the problem, I reached out to management multiple times, sending a total of 7 emails in hopes of resolving the issue, but they seemed indifferent to our concerns. They only sent one response, which did not address our situation adequately. It was incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when we were genuinely seeking a solution.
The lack of care for our well-being overshadowed what could have been a memorable trip. I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience, and I hope others can find a better place to enjoy their vacation in Cancun. I won’t post the bed bug bites all over our bodies either on here for sake of people being able to sleep at night.

I was there from Monday to Thursday, and I enjoyed myself everyday. They had activities each day for us to partake in. Erik and Pedro were amazing by the pool.
I prefer my pool water to be cold so that would probably be the only suggestion was to make the water more cold but I also understand how the weather may have affected that.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Mexico. Came for a bachelorette party and we did make the best of it. The food was awful. I know all inclusive hotels do not have the best food however this place had awful food. Drinks are also terrible! I am in Mexico and can’t get a decent margarita that’s a problem. I wound up drinking beer because that was the only decent option. The other issue is the smell. When we got there it smelled of sewage. The smell faded until our last night when we had a big storm. I’m guessing they have a sewage issue, not sure what causes the awful odor. Our rooms were supposed to have bathrobes and slippers. I had a robe no slippers and my other friends didn’t even have robes in their rooms. One of my friends room was never cleaned she kept having to request for house keeping. None of our mini fridges were restocked. The worst part of the trip is the beach! I don’t pay money to sit in a pool I can do that in New York. I travel for beach, and at this hotel you can’t enjoy beach. The sand is so rocky that you literally can’t walk in the water. Another major issue was the restaurants. The staff checking in told us they don’t take reservations and we could find what restaurants are open by using their app. However, the app is inaccurate stating places are open that are not! We arrived on a Sunday and they should have informed us to eat at the steak house that night because it’s only open three days a week. The Asian restaurant was closed our entire trip. The only saving grace this place has is the staff. Pasquale at the buffet is awesome and so is Daniel the Maine pool bartender. Overall I would never return or recommend this spot to anyone. Not worth the money at all!

The moment we arrived, there was no shortage of staff to attend to our needs. We easily upgraded our room to a swim-out which was well worth the money. The accommodations were on par with other all inclusive resorts we’ve visited.
I hope you’re in the mood to party, because this place was lively and vibrant into the evening. Both pools feature hot tubs and an endless pool view of the ocean. The swim-up bar in both pools made relaxing and vibing in the water one of our most enjoyable experiences.
The French and Italian restaurants were our favorite. The cuisine was delectable. The sea bass at the French restaurant, Coquette, melts in your mouth.
The only downside was the shower water only got to room temperature on our last day.
I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family who are considering traveling to Cancun.
