Pools are clean and very nice after walking in the parks all day.
Rooms are thin walled and could hear my neighbor but this didn’t bother me much. I think this is because the connecting doors allow noise transfer.
Rooms are beautiful, but small so not the most comfortable for larger families larger than 3-4 people depending on age.
Hotel cleaning can improve. They left trash in our room and didn’t clean the soap stuck to the ceiling from a previous visit
Pop century restaurant was pretty decent and fairly priced. There were food options better than others.
Pop machines need updates. The ice comes out a few cubes at a time.
Note: door dash and Uber cannot deliver directly to your room
Phone service was fast and if I needed something they always came. Please remember to tip your bell service people for special requests.
Finally, bus service was pretty quick and very easy to find in all parks.
And of course, conveniently located to the park.
Wear comfy shoes!!

The check in took a long time but over all, it was so fun! My family and I loved the area! The shop in the main area was so nice and cute! The food is a bit pricey but they have a big selection!
The pool area is very clean! The lifeguards do a very great job! They are really nice. The pool is also opened from 10 am-11 pm.
I definitely recommend this resort!

I have stayed at pop century twice now and I love it! I would describe it as one of the nicer value resorts. There are several pools, a nice food court area with a mobile ordering option, arcade, evening activities, and skyliner access. If you’re looking for a place to stay on property that is a little more budget friendly, I highly recommend pop century!

I’ve stayed here so many times in the past, and loved it. However, this is not the place I stayed this time and I’m so glad I didn’t because they are completely redoing the dining area. I walked over there to grab some Mickey waffles because they are my favorite. It’s all online ordering and if you need anything changed because of allergy or preference they won’t allow it. Also don’t expect them to be nice about it either. This hotel honestly made me forget I was at Disney because of how rude they were. Never staying here again. Not even when the dining hall is back open.

Sorry for the long review, but there are some important points.
In short, it was an excellent choice to stay at this hotel to enjoy the Orlando parks, but there is always room for improvement.
Special mention goes to the service provided by the staff, the cleanliness in general and the structure of the hotel.
Now let's look at what could be improved...
- The APP is good, but it doesn't always give us the best possible directions with the correct travel time.
- The buses don't have precise schedules except when you're already at the boarding point, so it can sometimes take up to 40 minutes to get to the next one.
- Some bus lines really need larger vehicles, especially when the Skyliner doesn't run due to bad weather. For example, to go from Epcot to Pop Century, many people were left off the first bus because it was small and the same line served two resorts (Pop Century + Art of Animation). To make matters worse, there were many families with huge baby strollers and people with reduced mobility electric wheelchairs. Maybe implementing a bus system on demand would help.
- The hotel beds are very high. Excessive, even for a 1.78 m tall adult like me. This is the worst point, because after a long day of walking the least you expect is a comfortable bed.
- The ceiling fan in the bathroom should be manually operated. The motion sensor is poorly calibrated and does not work as it should. The bathroom always smells bad.
