Absolutely brilliant holiday.
My brother and his 3 mates have just come back from a lads holiday. They have all said that they will be back with there families.
From the room to the staff to the whole hotel was brilliant.
Hakan (chef) he works behind the cocktail bar he has looked after them all holiday. Brilliant bloke.
The food was amazing ( 1 of the lads is fussy) they all eat every day.
They have said there is loads to do you will never be bored.
They went in the boat trip and quads and they had a brilliant time on both days

All inclusive.- worst ever. Everything is extra and what is included is watered down weak.beer, spirits and vile wine. I seldom drink alcohol so it wasnt a major issue for me but what was annoying is the queues. Why do they insist on giving small beakers ??? it increases workload and washing expenses. Give pint sizes!
Soft drinks.including fizzy shoukd be self service to reduce staffing and queues.
There wasnt enough staff serving and closing the lobby bar between 7-midnight when the pub is closed is silly.
The way in which the a la carte bookings are made is archaic and stupid. Opens at 9 and can only book for that day so if you are on excursion, you cannot book!
They should have a 2 hour window daily and book for 3 days in advance and if you miss that booking, tough!
Its so simple yet this place makes you queue at 9am !
The maids were good in the main hotel.
However the guests were noisy, you can hear everything from next door and anyone running and shouting up corridors which was every single night and for hours after music was eventually turned down.
Entertainment area is tiny and music so loud. It was off peak and no where near enough chairs so was viewing from balcolny.
The slides and pools are good.
The restaurant is big and loud. Its queues of an evening are stupid.
They need to open longer to accomodate the guests.
The food selection was ok but the childrens area was not open so this was unhelpful.
The selection of salad and mains is good..Desserts look lovely but overall not to my palate. The fruit on offer for after was a let down.
Sour peaches, local green fruit very sour, grapefruit and apples and oranges.
The themed area was good, they have Turkish night etc or Sushi and these were good.
My kids however lived off chips and spaghetti so they could do a bit more for young kids.
A suggestion of 630pm would be helpful for families with younger kids to go in a bit earlier.
The entire area is deliberately designed to rip tourists off. the shops all around are massively overpriced and would recommend going to Alanya if you need essentials like suncream, toileteries etc etc
Stock up on snacks to take with you and for return journey.
There are not enough
public toilets and the ones there are not cleaned enough. Especially the mens, stink. Plus no baby change!
Very simple things to fix!
Overall would never come back to any etfalia hotel as they rip you off at rvery opportunity. worked out more expensive than UK for a drink and ice cream!

Very very very nice place, nice food, loads of slides and pools, rooms are clean, staff are lovely but pools aren’t heated (freezing) and floor next to pool is very slippy not even beach shoes stop you from slipping. overall best place i’ve ever been two and going there for a third time next year!

Reception Experience:
Upon arrival, I was offered an upgrade for €150, which I declined. Consequently, I was given a room with a poor view. When I complained the next day, I was informed that no other rooms were available. On the day of departure, when I sought assistance due to a delayed bus, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful.
During my stay, I sought assistance from a TripAdvisor representative, who was accommodating. However, when I did so, a member of the hotel staff expressed displeasure, claiming I should have approached them instead. Despite my explanation of the receptionist’s unresponsiveness, I was met with dissatisfaction.
Upon checkout, I requested assistance with transferring my luggage, which was completed around 11:30. However, there was a discrepancy during lunchtime when a representative from Jet2 inquired about my checkout status, despite it having been completed.
Furthermore, an unsettling incident occurred at 7 p.m. when I was confronted with a photo of a bedsheet allegedly damaged by fire in my room. Despite my vehement denial and assurance of innocence, I was made to feel guilty and embarrassed.
Room Cleaning Service:
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors were notably dirty, and there were visible hairs and debris throughout. Additionally, the cleaning service appeared to be motivated solely by the expectation of tips.
Restaurant Experience:
I observed a concerning lack of respect towards guests of color in the restaurant. Despite multiple requests, the staff overlooked us, prioritizing affluent patrons for services such as high chairs and preferred seating arrangements. It became evident that favorable treatment was contingent upon gratuities, exemplified by the use of a black hat to reserve tables for anticipated tippers.
Rude and all the time look for tip not tips no service
**Noise Disturbance:**
Throughout my stay, I encountered significant noise disturbances originating from neighboring rooms and the rooftop area. Despite raising my concerns with hotel staff, I was met with dismissive responses, attributing the disturbance to normal check-in and check-out activities. However, the noise persisted, consistently disrupting our sleep and causing both myself and my companion considerable inconvenience. This recurring issue occurred almost every night, detracting significantly from the overall quality of our stay.
