Fantastic hotel!! We are enjoying our first stay in this beautiful, traditional hotel in Alcudia and are delighted with everything on offer here. We would like to thank all the lovely staff who are all experts in customer care ensuring your holiday is perfect. The food is delicious, the rooms are well appointed and maintained perfectly by housekeeping throughout your stay. We will definitely return next year and are delighted we have found such a lovely traditional place. We have only good things to say about our experience, one little observation is if you are a light sleeper book a room with a pool view as they are quieter away from traffic at night although the swimming pool pump makes a bit of noise and you can hear the entertainment until around 10.30 or 11.00 pm. I find in most hotels the walls are thin.

Stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Alcudia. Hotel is well placed for expo and transition 👌. Breakfast has a great choice of food, drinks and on race day started at 5 so the athletes could eat before racing. It's very close to the port and also the old town. We only stayed B&B and never ate in the restaurant for an evening meal. Great value for money and would highly recommend

Great weeks holiday, staff are welcoming and friendly, speaking good english. Spa with sauna, steam room and hut tub adds to the holiday :) Food was lovely, good choice of healthy and not so healthy options. The location for me was perfect, Alcudia port was beautiful and a very short stroll to a lovely beach with restaurants along for a coffee :) Three Irish bars within easy walking distance, perfect. Only slight negative was on the sound insulation of room, could hear neighbour in the shower but other than that the room was clean, tidy, good balcony to sit out on and a relaxing way to spend a week away.

Room was not very well maintained, very old, dull colors, not much space around. Positives: Big closet, good balcony, very good breakfast and service. Very good for cyclists. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly!!

Weekend here rented a bike from bike shop around corner. (Eco bikes) Really great bike storage bike wash and tool center compressor. Rooms are like a ski lodge on basic side and small. But if you are here to ride exceptional choice. Get the breakfast more choices than you could want. WOULD RETURN
