Almost everything about our stay was perfect. Captain Erik and his Bell boy Crew were awesome and extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was very pleasant and always had a smile but there were 2 exceptional staff members that stood out to us: our server at Flavours, Bernardo and one of the shuttle drivers, Gaspar. All of the Shuttle drivers were great.
The food was mostly great and the Margaritas were delicious.
The spa services were very relaxing starting with the hydrotherapy sessions. Adriana and Angelica were very professional and the facial/massage were excellent.
We will definitely be back.

Our family’s experience was beyond great! My grandmother and I were there for 5 days for a wedding, and everything was amazing! The service was outstanding, especially the little carts that drove us around from places to places. I would specifically like to recognize Isaac from the cart services. He was super sweet, kind, helpful, my grandmother had unfortunately gone to the trip with a cast on her foot and he would always get in and out of the cart to help my grandmother. Not only him, but the rest of the guys from the cart services were amazing. Events were wonderful, the food, the drinks, everything. We would definitely love to go again in the future!

We had an AMAZING time at the Fives Beach hotel! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and were so incredibly delighted. Not only was the location amazing, many delicious restaurants to chose from, private beach access and wildlife on site, we also had the most amazing service! I have a dozen allergies and was overjoyed to see that this was no issue for the kitchen staff. Never have I felt more taken care of. This, however, was nothing compared to the treatment we received from Wendy, the restaurant hostess at the Flavors restaurant. She was attentive, caring and compassionate. Our trip would not have been the same without her!
Thank you again to the staff at the Fives for the amazing service but most especially thank you to Wendy for making this trip unforgettable!

Our family trip to The Fives was perfect, just what we needed after a busy few days in New York beforehand. The facilities, rooms, grounds, pools and beach were kept immaculately clean and all staff were so pleasant and friendly without exception. The food in all the restaurants was to the highest of standards compared to other all inclusive resorts we have visited in the past, our favourites were the Brasserie and Italian. When we arrived at The Fives we had encountered a problem from our previous location in New York and we required some help to resolve and the assistance we received from Erick one of the hotels ambassadors was exceptional and he spent hours on the phone trying to help resolve the situation. Special mention also to Gregorio and Ronaldo is the restaurants who provided amazing customer service with a smile always.
We would love to return in the future.

Our family had an amazing time here at The Fives. We don't typically stay at the same place twice but this has been the best trip! We will definitely stay here again. The staff was incredible!!!! Everywhere we went we felt like part of the family. The servers were all amazing! Our favorite server was Gregorio at the Thai restaurant. He was very attentive and made our experience super fun. He even did a cool fire trick with our dessert. All in all, WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME STAYING HERE FOR THE WEEK!!!! Thank you so much to The fives resort! We will see you all soon enough.
