I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was very nice and well-appointed, especially considering the price I paid. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the room service was a bit underwhelming. The quality of the in-room dining food needs to be better. Additionally, the hotel lacks a proper pillow selection, which was a bit disappointing. I had to bring my own pillow to avoid getting a stiff neck as they didn't have any options available when I called. On a positive note, when I raised the issue of the pillows and encountered some initial rudeness from a staff member, the management did apologize and handled the situation professionally. Despite these minor issues, I am willing to give the hotel another chance due to the nice room and the overall experience. I hope that they'll make improvements in these areas, as it has the potential to be an outstanding place to stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions. The staff was also incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels, perhaps best hotel I have ever been. Without much expectation we got a room with the water/pool view. The room was clean, modern, it had electric curtains, motion sensor lights. I love everything about the hotel, especially the interior design. It has state of the art gym equipments, sauna and steam at women’s dressing room (perhaps for male as well). There seems to be multiple pools, I have been to one near the private beach. It was delightful. The breakfast is varied, from western (all type of breads/ pastry and sweets), Arabic (all type of mezze) and Asian style (Indian, Chinese streetfood). All I can say that this hotel was a truly value for my money.

Great place with affordable price for the services. We were in great, spacious room with stunning view from the 32 floor. The hotel is quite nice. The stuff is helpful and always with a smile. We had cleaning services twice a day. The breakfast was great with a lot of foods and different options for breakfast including live cooking. The only thing to have in mind when making a reservation is that the beach is extra small and there aren’t enough spots near the pool. The capacity of both beach& pool area are at least 20 time under the capacity of the hotel. Despite that the stay was great and I will definitely try it again. Good job, Grabd Hyatt Abu Dhabi!

The breakfast is one of the best breakfast I tried with an ok range of prices for a 5 star hotel. The start of the day are the eggs Benedict or eggs royal and it's variety, very tasty and filling. The fruits and pastries are slightly limited compared to other buffets but still you get all you need for a proper international breakfast. Definitely coming back !
