An absolutely beautiful hotel. Extremely big but lovely and quiet at night. It’s situated right by the beach so location is wonderful. It resembles are rather grand village with beautiful pools and excessive space to sunbathe, coffee shops, shops and a wonderful interior. The food was out of this world. It’s a perfect place for families, couples or even if you’re single. I loved it and will be back.

Very nice hotel. Visually stunning. This is a very family friendly hotel. Service quality is also very good. The only thing that has let us down was the quality of the food in the buffet. We went all inclusive with this one and the food wasn’t the greatest. Often basic and bland food with no seasoning. Other than that, was very happy overall with our experience.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is fantastic. Rooms regularly serviced. We were half board and the food was great. Fantastic selection and suited everyone. We will definitely be back.

I have had to edit this star rating - the entertainment guys said I needed to click 5 stars for there service! Hotel trying to push up their average on Google
Rooms are well kept and the grounds are very clean. The landscaping and interior design is very nice. I would recommend this hotel. I really liked the piano bar and entertainment there - silent disco was fun. Spa is nice with various hot & cold therapy rooms included in the entry of the spa itself. I wouldn’t choose to go all inclusive - food is really important to us and it just didn’t make sense for it to be low quality ingredients almost like all of the fruit and veg is canned.

Response to management.
I would never accuse anyone without evidence. You said that you would investigate from the time the money went missing and check key card logs on your system. You then invited me back the next day to discuss your investigation. Of which you said “the cleaners have been working here a long time and that I must be mistaken.”
I understand there isn’t a lot you can do but to tell a guest that they must of made a mistake or as to your reply “Should you believe that the €300 has been stolen” just doesn’t help the situation. I’m the victim and I’ve been made to feel stupid.
My mistake was not to use the safe, I felt it important to share my experience and to warn other guests that these things happen and to be cautious with your valuables.
£300 euros where taken from my room. Only cleaners have entered the room from when I was gone for lunch. Spoke with management and they said not possible as his cleaners have been here many years and I must be mistaken. Don’t know what to say other than keep your money in the safe. I would expect better from a 5 star hotel.
