Biggest problem was guests smoking in non smoking areas all the time and staff doing nothing about it. My room permanently smelt of cigarette smoke. People smoked around the pool. In clearly marked no smoking areas. Ruined my holiday I won't return. We even spoke to reception 3 times about this and it did not improve.

The hotel is great, we had halfboard and at dinner we didn't have even water to drink included. I understand to pay for alcohol, but to have lot of food and not even a glass of water included, is nonsense. We were informed at the reception when we arrived, the rest was good.

Came here though TUI with my parents who have been 5 times before COVID .TUI promised us an upgrade from a twin with extra bed to a family room(junior suite) this did not happen and we had to pay to upgrade though the hotel the food is good .I have a non standard food allergy which was not passed to the restaurant

The rooms have an old furniture and no soundproofing whatsoever. The might at the balcony comes on at a certain time and cannot be turned off…
The food is good at times, but sometimes it is just too mich salt and over/undercooked… breakfast was actually really good.
Staff at the reception is nice, but aome staff st the restaurant wouldnt even understand something as simple as “still water”. All in all our stay was ok, but would look for another place if I had to go back. The beach is right in front of the hotel but it is NOT a swimming beach. Great for relaxing though.

Our stay started off well. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff on the entrance were lovely and advised us that there was still food left over from dinner that we could have. The room was pleasant enough, everything was clean and working, just a shame that it wasn’t a double bed and instead two singles that had to be pushed together. A large majority of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially the man that was working as a waiter during our evenings there. However, meals rarely went over smoothly, we were often seated and then left by waiting staff for up to 20 minutes before they asked us for drinks, we would’ve got them ourselves if this was an option but it wasn’t and whenever we tried to flag down staff they would get someone else to come over who then had to get someone else to take the order. A certain waitress in particular was often rude and acted as if we shouldn’t be there. On our last day there, we went in for lunch before our bus back. I was wearing a low cut cropped top, which given the temperature and the fact it was a lunch buffet and not a 5 star restaurant, I felt was acceptable enough to wear. However, as we went to get a seat, a man who worked there approached us, pointed and looked at my chest, waggled his finger, muttered something in Spanish and pointed to the door. It took a few moments to realise that this man was offended by my chest and was kicking us out of the lunch hall for me to go get changed. Now considering there were a number of men walking about the lunch buffet wearing stringer vests and shorts which I would consider the male equivalent of my outfit, I find this man’s overall approach and attitude towards me absolutely appalling. This man ruined the end of what could have been a lovely holiday by shaming me in the middle of a lunch hall. What could’ve been a really enjoyable holiday was ruined by a few rotten apples.
