We loved this hotel. The only loss of star is our room had a bit of peeling wallpaper and the pillows could be more comfortable. ( The beds are good though. ) Grounds are lovely, well kept. Staff efficient yet friendly. We used the quieter pool which is a good size x

Amazing! We are having the most wonderful time at this hotel! Very clean and super friendly staff who all work very hard. The gardens and scenery are breathtakingly beautiful and very well looked after. Breakfast can be busy the later you go so I recommend getting there early. We stay around the quieter pool which is wonderful. All the food we have had is delicious and there is lots of variety. The area has shops including pharmacy and supermarket directly opposite the hotel, so very convenient. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away along with more shops and lots of restaurants and bars. The games room could do with a few more games for the kids though especially in the evenings as the games room closes at 9pm. We would definitely return and recommend to everyone 5* from us! Family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 17.

Great hotel to stay at to visit Mogan, there is only a short walk to the city and you can walk most of the way through the hotel gardens, as there is an exit for guests at the end. There is a quite pool area and a family pool area, both very similar in size and look. Breakfast buffet has a great variety, at busy times, staff will help to find a free table. Best thing about this hotel is the botanical garden, which is all over the area, every time you walk outside, you notice something new. The cats that walk around the hotel area are very friendly and well taken care of. Staff are very friendly, cleaning of the room every day was very good.

So far three stays at this hotel. Already looking forward to the 4th. An absolutely amazing hotel! Excellent facilities and pools. Excellent layout and location. Evening entertainment every night. The hotel is kept amazing and is absolutely spotless. My partner and I absolutely love this hotel and we are hoping our next visit isn't too far away.

I did visit this hotel 1 year ago but me an my family are still talking about how much we enjoyed it. There's always something new to eat at the hotel. Huge pool with warm water. A beach nearby but I wouldn't necessarily suggest going there... Firstly because the hotel has everything you need and secondly because it's always very crowded and tight. There are allot of trees planted all around the hotel and allot of gym equipment. Would recommend
