I stayed here for a night and I am happy to give a 5-star rating. The Staff - the hotel staff are helpful and polite 😃 they will help you with a smile on their face The Room - I booked a solo room and I am satisfied with the room that I had. It's clean and comfortable. Though I expected it to have more space, it's still good considering it's actually a solo room and the price I paid for it. Tip: you can get your dental care kit, shaving kit, etc. in the reception area at Level 2 😃

Staying at Hotel GIN Bugis Singapore was an absolute delight! The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of Bugis, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, offering stunning views of the city skyline. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore.

A simple, small and very clean room with everything you need. Great location, within walking distance of a lot of things. Lovely service from the hotel reception staff.

advantages: - room design is nice and interesting - location is convenient, some shopping malls and the metro station are within walking distance disadvantages: - rude stuff (no welcome, no good day. when i asked if i can leave my luggage for some hours till i will leave, the lady at the reception said no, and the next morning another lady (the only one who was nice in this hotel) allowed to leave our luggage. so why you get the false info to your guests??? - bathroom is insane. water comes to the “hallway“, because you can not properly close the door. the are no privacy, because, one more time, door isn’t closing properly!!! and another person you stay with can hear everything!! - the room was not perfect clean, when we checked in, in the sink i found some hair and on the floor as well🤢 - lifts are always busy (there are 3!!!) and there are no another way like stairs. so you need anyway wait around 5 min till it comes. - breakfast. they served it in a box!!!, i do not recommend it for you. better to eat in another place. - pillows are very high, it is not comfortable to sleep like this

The place is almost unsuable with the building works Early morning fire alarms that come to nothing. Being made to wait for a access via a luggage lift that only works half the time. Losing access to.power lifts wifi and running water for 6 hours. The place is basically a building site and should be shut down completely until works are finished
