The most beautiful hotel right on the beach. The rooms are bright and comfortable - one of the few bathrooms I’ve experienced with lighting good enough for applying makeup. Beautiful swimming pools with waiter service and lovely manicured gardens. The variety of food for the breakfast/dinner buffet suits just about everyone with a wide variety to choose from. Great place for a mini break to disengage from the world and relax

Nice hotel. We were first given a room on first floor towards the bus station in Meloneras, no view at all and noisy. I contacted the reception the day after arrival on upgrade, and got a new room on second floor with view to the basin the day after. Breakfast included was very good. Good facilities in hotel. Thanks for good service.

This hotel has impressive 5 stars garden. However, the service, our room and the location is far from 5 stars, it's between 3 and 4 stars. We will not return.

Great overall experience. But the fitness course "Healthy Back" was poorly orgsnised. The reception didn't know the location of the course, and directed us to the wrong meeting place. More importantly, the instructor lady was disinterested and unfriendly.

What I liked —-> Very nice location: on the beach, and walking distance to the famous Maspalomas dunes. The sandy beach is very nice and large. Perfect for long walks, for surfing (good surf spot, with surf school). Rooms are modern and spacious. We had a pool view, and could see a bit of the see. Best is to ask a top floor Good food. 3 pools, very nice outdoor spaces with palm trees, a kids club & good service overall. What I liked less —-> I found the hotel a little pricey for what it is. The restaurants are also pricey. Parking can be complicated.
