    The staff are incredibly welcoming here from the front receptionists, to restaurant staff, to entertaining team, and finally to the management team who greet you daily throughout the resort. It’s definitely a great family resort. My daughter really likes the evening entertainment during our 4 nights stay. Food is pretty good with good variety to keep us from getting bored of the buffet. Location is great as it’s right on the beach and, if you enjoy water sport, we had a great time trying out wind surfing at the water sport shop next door. Overall, we are pretty happy with our stay and would certainly comeback again. If there is one thing I wish the resort could do better is having better “iced” coffee/latte at the restaurant or the cafe near the lobby.

    A brilliant experience, very friendly and helpful staff at a pristine hotel. Everyone was incredibly accommodating for all our needs, and the resort was especially welcoming for us as a family with a young child. A special shout out to Lukas and the Frozen stage show! Our son loved it.

    The view is good, the people are nice, the shows and food are in good quality. Rooms are neat, expected to be bit bigger but still quite happy. The hardware equipment is not that sophisticated comparing with the five star hotel, the walls are not keeping us that quiet. Friends and us are experiencing some broken in the furniture. The parking slot at the street side is not difficult at all in early May Overall I will recommend here and I think I will be back again.

    One of the friendliest, cleanest hotels I have ever visited, it seemed as though the staff had all agreed to smile to customers once they’ve made eye contact with you. Every member of staff was extremely polite and happy to help, the hotel is situated on a beautiful beach and if that’s not your scene you can sit at one of the two outdoor pools or the indoor heated pool. There are several restaurants to visit directly across the road. 10/10 overall and would return

    Great hotel made by fantastic staff. Right on the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and lovely natural shade from, mature trees. Ruben on the front desk was amazing answered all our questions and helped anyway he could. I'm ceoliac, gluten free, the food is all allergen labelled and things can be made. Carolina (I believe that was her Name) was so helpful, guided me through cross contamination risk and what could be done specially. Gluten free pizza, pasta and bread all available on request along with naturally gluten free food. Even had GF crossiants with cheese and ham at breakfast. Andres our waiter at the evening bar was brilliant as where all the table staff; they even danced better than the evening entertainment. Not that the evening entertainment wasn't excellent, just shows what a great credit the table staff are! Their fun was infectious!
