My family visited Kiani during the Easter holidays an April and it did not disappoint! We ranged from ages 6-68 and we were all thoroughly impressed. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food which was a wide variety of different food and catered for all allergens. Snacks were great and there was always someone making crepes from 11am until dinner time. Also a wide variety of sandwiches, cakes, snacks and fruit available from 11am at the fridges in the bar areas. Hot drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages available whenever you want and you can self serve. Entertainment was great and lots of activities offered through the day. Animators Ismael and Fabio were very friendly and helpful and the kids loved them! You can hire a car from the hotel and there are lots of nice places to see nearby. Sandy and pebbly beach which was lovely and clean by the hotel and lots of swimming pools. Overall an amazing holiday. Thank you so much Kiani! We will definitely be returning!

We had an incredible stay at this family-friendly, all-inclusive resort in Chania, Crete! The kids enjoyed endless activities, from the kids’ club to exciting water slides. The food was delicious, with diverse options that pleased everyone. The beautiful location, with stunning sea views and easy beach access, added to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect family vacation!

The beach was so clean , close and safe , the facilities and activities at the hotel were fun and so many ! The fitness activity staff were very approachable, esp. Alex and Fabio , thanks guys We spent quite a lot of time at the large pool and was treated like old friends by the pool bar staff , Angelika was a true star , always ready to chat serve with a friendly smile , thank you for making our stay even better , 😘

This place is like a little travel paradise with your family. The amenities are incredible, and the food is diverse and delicious. The kids had a blast on all of the playgrounds, and the kids' club is on point. Let's not forget the incredible pools inside and outside. Definitely recommend them for a perfect holiday!

Kiani beach was a really good choice! They have really nice spacious rooms cleaned daily. there is even a fridge and safe. View from the room was breathtaking 😍 Food was lovely and fresh the only thing I would improve is a choice of snacks as everyday there were sandwiches and limited number of pancakes. There are 2 types of all inclusive normal and VIP. If yo don’t pay 20Eur on top of daily rate then drinks are not best. Premium alcohols, better coffees available only within the VIP option plus another benefits of course. Our biggest compliments are going to the people working there. We have been always treated nice, our needs were meet at all time. Starting with the reception team big thanks to Evangelia and Anti and Lydia 😍 Guys from the bar which we didn’t catch the names 🙈 afternoon team guys from the north Bar and blond hair lady from second bar . Oliwia and Natalia from the restaurant - you are so polite, smart ladies and it was a pleasure to meet you both , thanks for doing such a hard job on the floor and still be able to have a quick chat with us ❤️❤️ And finally animation - Georgia we didn’t talk much but you are doing such a great job :) 😍 Fabio you are just amazing thanks for all the time spent with us. Thanks for cards and asking to join the games 😍 And finally Alex who absolutely stole our hearts ! Thank you for great chats, for making all my family laugh, for bingo, karaoke etc. and the eggs 😁😁😁We gonna remember you as you are a gem in this place 😁❤️ Overall we had a great time and wanted to thank you all we may forgot about !
