The resort ambassador Jesus was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. 5 stars to him for his help and service to us! He was truly a great ambassador.
The room was also clean and very nice besides the shower drain being clogged and flooding the whole room.
Other than that the service wasn’t the greatest at the beach house and taco house. A few workers didn’t seem happy to serve us but others were pleasant.
We Ordered room service one night and took an hour for a pizza. The Italian restaurant wasn’t good but the food from the other restaurants were pretty good. Overall it was a good experience but I wish there was more to do at night. Mostly a place for relaxing and chilling by the pool so if you’re looking to party this isn’t the place.

We stayed at the Adults only hotel. We gave it 4 stars because there is no beach. The hotel is too close to the water so only on low tide you can walk the beach. We stayed for 10 nights and we could not use the beach to sunbathe even once. We were able to walk it a couple of times. With that said they have the family location 5 minutes away and they allowed us to go visit that site that has a nice beach. If you are a beach person this hotel is not for you. If you are a pool lover you will give it a 5 star rating.
Rooms and Staff/Service a definite 5 star.
People super friendly and ready to help in any way they can. We met Dafne at the front desk and she was extremely helpful. She helped with the beach trips and when in a panic she helped us with a dinner reservation. The servers at the restaurants were very attentive and always trying to please. My husband will always remember Noel aka "Google" :).
Entertainment team was excellent. I found that if you wanted to participate in the night activities you could but if you rather spend a quiet evening you could do that too.

Worst beach resort ever. This resort can't be 5 stars. It's all the way out in nowhere plus they have no shuttle buses to go anywhere. What kind of 5 star resort this is? It makes sense if you have wide variety of food and beach is big enough to compensate for the location. It has nothing to offer. I have stayed at a 3 star resort and their food and beach was better than here. We also asked for an iron for about 3x but no one delivered to our room. Small pool and mediocre drinks and they claim it to be 5 stars. Stay away from this resort. I would chose somewhere close to the hotel zone.

Our stay was wonderful. Our ambassador Christian was very kind, very helpful, and made the visit great. There were so many helpful employees. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The food was consistent and good! Emilio is a superb employee, he made every meal feel special and also joked around with us. We would highly suggest the water aerobics class with Alex, it's a lot of fun. We also do a couples massage, which was awesome. And the snorkeling trip right off the coast from the hotel is really fun too! We would highly suggest both.

This resort is a very well maintained property. There are pools everywhere each with a bar! The beach front section isn't super big but we had plenty of loungers to choose from. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Food was good especially at Rita's Tacos.
