Had an amazing holiday with our 3 year old!!
Hotel complex is very big, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort in our 10 days. Even if you have a late breakfast you can still find sun beds around the pool and at the beach. The towel service is perfect.
Food is amazing so much choice and very good standard.
The entertainment staff around the pool are so welcoming with fun and energy. Our daughter loves seeing them every day and evening, they work so hard.
All inclusive drinks are also very good quality using all famous brands.
We will return :)

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and had a great stay. This was actually my second time at this hotel and to be honest everything was really good from the food to the service the view from the room and the staff were really good always smiling and happy to help. My son loved the mini club. One thing they can improve is more activities for kids. My son loved the games room and had so much fun there they had many arcades for the kids entertainment and Jan and his father took good care of us, Thank you.

One of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve ever been to. Great spread of food and alcohol. They have 6 pools to use, just ensure you’re aware of the timing of these.

Overall, this is a great choice for an all inclusive hotel, especially for families with kids which aim to have diversity and keep the little ones entertained.
We've been here in May before the high season and the weather was great (24-28 degrees during the day/ 17-19 at night) yet the water in the pools was a bit cold. Hotel was not too crowded during our stay therefore you could still find sun beds late in the morning, not sure how the vibe is during high season.
Minor things we've experienced are shower water pressure during peak hours was not too great at the 9th floor.
Regarding staff, majority speak better german compared to english. A few exeptions where serving staff in the restaurants gave an impression that they were not very happy and which left us a less positive experience.
Spa & Saunas, I've missed the staff to ensure that noise & disturbances by noisy people could be prevented.
Atmosphere wise, I missed the aromas in the turkish sauna and the appropiate background music.
Cleanliness and amenities such as shower and lockers were ok.
On the beach side you will find a mix of coarse sand and pebbles. Here and there you might see trash which is not ideal.
Wi-Fi signal is lost once you've reached the sand and the sun beds.
All in all, still a good value for the price paid.

We went there on a vacation as a couple, and we stayed for 10 days.
We were welcomed with a smile and friendliness the whole stay.
Almost each and every worker is friendly, but some supervisors have to learn how to great the guests. Sometimes, they would make you feel you don't exist.
Food is delicious and fresh, and the options are endless. Of course, they repeat some dishes, but that does not mean you do not have a choice.
The spa area needs to be worked on, like quietness and the fact that some people sit and use their phones without headphones.
The other annoying part is when guests snooze around and come into the spa area with shoes and dressed up, you would feel weired being half naked.
The door to the gym is right in front of the spa area, and the gym music is loud and annoying for someone who is trying to calm down and relax.
All in all, it is a place to go to, and we will try to come back again.
Ps. All the waiters and bartenders in the lounge and bar area are really friendly and nice.
