Stayed here for a week for a business trip, so I didn't get to explore much of the hotel. The room was clean but you can see that it's been old and needs upgrading, especially bathroom sink & bathtub. Location was pretty okay, you still have to walk a bit to the train station - and in Singaporean hot weather I just couldn't bring myself to walk outside.. Service was top & super helpful.

Stayed here in March for a daycation. Although this is Orchard Hotel, just take note that it is not really at the heart of Orchard Road but further up in a quieter area but still conveniently located. The rooms were pretty big, come with big windows that make it bright and airy. Overall, the furnitures and amenities within the room is quite new, doesn't feel dated. The only complains I have for this stay was the very slow check-in. We booked the room for 9am but no rooms were ready until about 11am. Was compensated with free breakfast but not additional hours were extended to us. The queue to check in was insanely long and slow also. Had the same experience during check out too. They have 2-3 staff working at the counter, but for reasons only they know, these 2-3 staff were all attending to the same guest instead of each serving 1 guest each. It's very inefficient. I hope they can improve on this.

Great hotel to stay at! Had the chance to stay for Taylor Swift Klook app package but I’m glad we extended our stay. The location is great for shopping, staff was super helpful, rooms were clean and nice. And a little random but I loved that they have a tub 😅

I am currently a guest at the hotel. I have had challenges with the Airconditioning in my room. The hotel sent folks a few times to fix it unsuccessfully. While they agreed to change my room, they insist that I check out with my luggage and come to the front desk to get new keys. I explained that the few times that I wanted to speak to folks at the front desk, it took me a minimum of 20-25 minutes to get attention at an understaffed front desk at all times of the day. I was told that they didn’t want me to have two rooms at the same time despite my insistence on changing from a room that did not fit my needs and that I needed 30 minutes to return the keys to my old room. I believe the place needs a more customer focused response to solving problems.

Stayed here for business and found the room is nice although clearly it has been quite dated, can feel this feeling since the entrance and lobby. Clean bathroom and comfy bed is what I need. But I got disturbed when the hotel wanted to charge $5 for ice cubes, something I never encountered. Location is great, short walk to Orchard, and Botanical garden. Gym is there but small, pool is nicer, literally not much area when you got kids, lucky i don’t have my family coming along. Breakfast can be busy so be mindful when you are in a rush, decent quality though. I saw tourist bus come and also airline crews, good business for this hotel is not cheap.
