A peaceful nest in the city center with spacious, clean, beautiful decoration rooms. Service is incredible. We loved the swimming pool on the 1st floor in a lush garden. And ice cream at the Glasshouse was incredible !

We thoroughly loved our stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The staff epitomized professionalism and a genuine thoughtful approach to service. The spa treatments were wonderful (expensive by local standards but affordable when compared to U.S. pricing). The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurant (offering both Cambodian and Western food options). The wait staff were all kind and knowledgeable. The suite was clean and comfortable. We loved both our private courtyard and the private rooftop balcony overlooking the city. The negative: One of us experienced a painful dental emergency and was surprised the hotel did not have a list of recommended providers for foreign non-native speaking visitors to reference. But thankfully for Google/Reviews, we were able to locate a nearby clinic and with help from the hotel staff, was able to coordinate immediate treatment. The swimming pool area seemed confined but that didn’t bother us since it was too hot to just sit and bake in the sun.

This hotel is a little pricey at $400+ a night (didn’t realize we were there during the high season)🤦🏻‍♂️, but the services and facilities were top notch. Our room was spacious with the view of the courtyard and nightly dance show. The furniture and flooring are made out of teak or other quality woods. The pool area are so comfortable with individual spaces to relax instead of row and rows of beach chairs, some of the pool areas are like small private coves surrounded by plants. The hotel is centrally located right in the middle of town, 2 blocks to Pub Street and couple of other night markets. Plenty of restaurants in the area but we like to walk a little further away from the tourist restaurants to the experience more authentic flavors.

A wonderful place to stay while in Siem Reap! My wife and I enjoyed our stay for a few nights while we visited the nearby Angkor temples. We appreciated that the hotel has various activities happening during the evening. The staff is incredible from check-in to check-out; special shout-out to Chut Sithet! She was very helpful every morning and whenever we had questions.

This review is long over due. We went to Cambodia for our 10 year anniversary and had the fortune of staying at the Park Hyatt . My wife and I have now stayed in close to 60 Hyatts all over the world and this is my clear cut #1. It’s like a small retreat tucked away inside of the busy city. The level of service and luxury is evident across the entire property. The staff helped set up a magical stay for our anniversary from Roses in our room and a spa day for my wife to amazing dining. Amazing amazing hospitality. Chef Pisith 100% should have a Michelin Star for that hotel. The level of skill and art combined into traditional culinary made for truly amazing dining experiences (i’ll do individual reviews for those). It’s crazy to go from ancient temples in the blazing heat into a resort level water retreat inside the hotel. The pools are so peaceful. You truly forget where you are. I mean I can keep yammering about how great this hotel was but my final note : from all the Hyatt’s i’ve traveled to The Living Room is my favorite room from any of them. It’s eclectic but harmonious. It’s just so unique. I loved it. Thank You for a memory that will never fade. @210booze
