Supritam Nayak
Great hospitality, loved the staff and service. Each one of them had a pleasing personality. Breakfasts can be better, tastes bland. No coffee dispensing machine at the breakfast. The pool is clean with attentive staff always available for service.
Overall a very good experience. And yes not to forget to mention their bed arrangement upon arrival. The housekeeping staff is commendable with their effortlessly job and eye for detail.

If you visit Bali, try staying at this wonderful place. They have amazing room service, breakfast buffet is awesome, including many other things. Amanda just like everyone else was an amazing host. We loved our stay there and will surely stay at the same place if we come back again.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are nice and they help with issues right away. Large pool with a good spot for toddlers. Food is tasty as well.
The only thing that's not to great is the location as this is a bit further away from the touristy areas. So make use of gojek.

Highly recommend! Nice relaxing place, great service across the hotel including pool side service for drinks and food. 24hr room service food and drinks available. Spa for massage/facials for a good price. Airport pickup service was great too. Walking distance (15mins to restaurants and beach clubs).

Simply wow!! should be the only expression. Stayed there for 3 nights and it can't get better than this. Selected pool view rooms. Huge rooms. Neat and clean.. Buffet breakfast has a very wide spread.. Vegetarian options are limited . But try their pasta in your own customized way.. Non veg options wide variety to choose.. 24 hours restaurant and bar services.. Amazing stay..
