The rooms are very basic but what you’d imagine for the price but unfortunately we had a twin room instead of a queen bed we had booked for, we did arrive 24 hours late due to flight cancellation but we’d assumed we would still have the room we booked when we’d made them aware we were arriving late. The location is great and easy access to universal and other attractions. The main downside is as other people have mentioned, getting your deposit back! You pay a $50 deposit on checking in and because we extended our stay by a night after the holiday was pushed back, we had to pay another deposit of $50 due to them needing to move us into another room (completely understandable) but almost 2 weeks after checking out and we still haven’t received anything back. Tried emailing multiple times and when we corresponded to book in it was much easier, but they seem reluctant to respond when it comes to giving your money back.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel close to all that Orlando has to offer than this is it. It has a great pool and many food and snack friendly options without leaving the property. However, keep in mind there are 2 hotels on the same property - they don’t tell you this when you book. One is the beautiful building they show in pictures, the other is the roach motel - where we were placed. No elevator with a child and luggage. Cut off from society. First night checking in the room was flooded, wet carpet and smelled of mold. When notifying the desk I was told there were no rooms available and we had to stay there until the next day. We only booked 3 days. Given another room the next day the tub overflowed. Then the toilet backed up. One thing after another. Exhausting stay. Glad it wasn’t a 2 week trip.

Title: A Delightful Stay in Orlando During my recent stay at this hotel on International Drive in Orlando, Florida, I was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's prime location put me close to the city's heart, within easy reach of major attractions. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff deserve special mention for their politeness and courteous demeanor, adding to the hotel's charm. The amenities were highlighted, including a well-equipped fitness room, an inviting outdoor seasonally-heated swimming pool, and a large, secure parking lot. The presence of a gift shop, a coin-operated laundry, and the option of a reasonably priced, delicious breakfast further enhanced my stay. The room was convenient, boasting a range of amenities such as a safe, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron, and board. With its very reasonable rates, this hotel provided a stay and an experience I enjoyed. It's also worth noting that this is a dog-friendly hotel, which might be an important consideration for some guests. I recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Great budget friendly hotel for your trip to Universal/Orlando. Rooms and facilities were clean and modern. Only complaint would be that housekeeping comes around quite early rather than after checkout time. Breakfast buffet (extra charge) was adequate for the price and pool was nice. Would stay here again as it’s very close to Universal and offers a shuttle to the parks.

The staff was amazing. We were greeted by the security guard upon arrival. The grobt desk staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable, and the tub/shower was amazing. There is free transportation to Universal. Very safe hotel. Highly recommended.
