Arrived for a family holiday with my two children and husband. Staff have been extremely helpful and always ready to give you anything you need. Food is delicious and lots of variety and options for children and adults for breakfast lunch and dinner. Safety is a high priority which is always good to see. Son was feeling poorly and first question reception asked was shall i call a doctor. Plenty of entertainment areas, actually no need to leave the hotel. Sister hotel has aqua park for kids, great slides and again plenty of choices. Shuttle bus around the massive hotel 24/7 to save your legs!

We have had meals at several restaurants now and they have all been fantastic. The Brazilian restaurant was amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was especially lovely of them to interact with my children. The food was 10/10, all the meats and shrimp tasted delicious. The meat server convinced us to have a dessert of grilled pineapple which was mind blowing. Definitely a must visit! We had a wonderful 3 course meal at Peoples restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and very fast. Would recommend 100%. Thank you!

best stay in Sharam EVER! definitely will be my first option in my second visit. has multiple pools, all are clean. clean beach with wide view and provide you a good services. the package includes all meals, there are multiple diversity of options available, very delicious and changeable everyday. all events at night are very entertaining and enjoyable. we book 2 rooms 26205, 26203 in villa number 26. the only flaw is that I wish it had an elevator it will be much easier however, room services were great. the staff are friendly also. the only staff that weren’t professional and disrespectful are are the receptionist and at the boutique! the receptionist wasn’t even smiling and didn’t welcome me nor explained everything. at aqua bark, they weren’t friendly with children or at good mood, only 2 or 3 were having good manners. I wish better attitudes from all staff the next time, especially with the children! because it will inflict such a place.

We have just got home from a 2 week stay here. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Fantastic food, with plenty of choice, the entertainment is next level and plenty for the children to do. Kids club was brilliant! All of the activities and options were perfect for our children ages 6 and 9. I want to particularly give Cammy in kids club a shout out! She was amazing with both children, always smiling, very friendly and super helpful. She really made our children’s holiday! We will be back again soon, and booking it tonight. Thanks Rixos!

La Lezar restaurant is a nice change of scenery. The staff are very friendly and professional. They were all exceptionally good with kids. The food was great. The Sultan Kebab was very soft , juicy and full of mouth-watering flavors. I highly recommend the restaurant.
