Arrived on a late flight and was confronted with a huge queue at check in - this wasn't ideal. The room was nice, a good size and the gym which I used once, did the job. Staff are generally courteous and friendly, but the location is a little far from the central amenities. There are two pools on offer - too shallow and short for serious swimming, more for relaxing with a drink. Overall, a nice enough hotel - shame about the hefty resort fee, which I believe should really be included in the total price.

Chose this for our wedding hotel and booked 4 rooms. Two of which were for 6 nights. Loved the location for the monorail and such. Loved seeing security everywhere and how each spot of the hotel was always immaculate.
That being said. The rooms were a bit rough. Lots of damage in the room. We had to call multiple times to get anything. We only received service once during our 6 day stay. Although I think that's Covid policy, so all good on that. Called to see if we could get wine glasses and were told no unless we order something. Went to the gift shop to purchase wine glasses and we were told that the hotel could bring us glasses...so we went back up and called down for some...never received those glasses. We used the plastic cups.
Dining was great when it was open.
Asked for noon check out at the desk. Was told we would have to call at exactly 6:30AM to request it. Called at 6:30AM to request the noon check out for two rooms. Was told that the other room would have to call because its recorded? All of this felt silly. I've managed hotels for 10 years...I'm certain a post it note reminder would've sufficed instead of asking your already tired guest to wake up at 630AM to request a late check out.
Only other gripe was that you couldn't use your rewards cards on the automatic roulette machines. Spent most of our time playing roulette (it's our fave) and sadly didn't earn any points from it.
The pool hours are posted on website, but man I wanted to swim after 6pm almost every single night. Being out and about all day then going to swim is always wonderful. But I knew the hours before I booked. So my own fault.
Ultimately for the price we paid...I would end up trying a different establishment...but would come back if these items were addressed.

Spacious clean rooms. The water could've been a little hotter. I did love the dim light in the bathroom for middle of the night toilet use without getting blinded. The monorail is very close for easy access to the main part of the strip. The free parking was definitely a bonus.

We were down for a music festival and this hotel was right across the street - convenience was great! Our room was pretty good although - a sliding door for the bathroom...really?!?! Also, we lost power one night for a few hours and it got very warm in the room very quickly.
The elevators can get pretty jammed up in the evenings but we weren't in a rush to go anywhere. The facilities in the hotel are good - including one of the best run Starbuck's I've ever come across!

The pool hours are clearly posted but just...disappointing. We always wanted to come back, hang out in the pool, do a cabana as the sun sets but because the pool closes so early, this wasn't possible. The rooms had so many issues with them, beginning with the smell as though it was previously a smoker room with the scent covered up. Wanna watch TV? Not an option - cables were broken. Maintenance never fixed. Inconsistent responses when calling down to the front desk. Let me give you an example. It was my wedding and I wanted to order a bottle of champagne and some champagne flutes. Apparently this needs 72 hours notice. Well alright - could we just walk down and get the champagne flutes? Nope, not possible. Then we go downstairs, an employee says they'll be right up but no one shows.
How about going to the spa? Steam room non-functional, which was the thing we were most excited for.
Let's hit the casino! We love the digital roulette tables (the in person ones had high minimus), spent a fortune on it, but because the rewards slots are all broken, didn't earn any points from them.
All of this being said, security was always on it. I felt extremely safe. The monorail entrance was lovely. The floors in the common areas were always sparkling. The staff we talked to in person were kind. The staff on the phone were usually not.
I would go back if the pool hours were expanded, it was a little easier to get champagne and roulette offered reward points and the rooms were better maintained.
