We've just had. wonderful week in Monorca. The location of the hotel was brilliant & the sea, especially first thing in the morning, is beautiful in Son Bou. The food at the hotel was great & the pool fantastic too. The staff we all brilliant, in all parts of the hotel & hospitality, most notably Laura, who was cleaning the rooms on our floor. She was lovely, friendly & very patient. We saw her most days & she really added to our holiday. The low star score for the room was because the bed was uncomfortable & the air-con not really working well. We had a brilliant time there though - thanks for looking after us!

Rooms are basic but spotless. Can’t ask for more. Food is buffet and is lovely with great choice. Beach is stones throw away. Be prepared on beach to pay €20 for sun lounger. Also prepare for midges. Lots of things for kids to do. Pools are lovely but be prepared for idiots going and laying towels down first thing. All in all it’s been a fab place to stay

Incredibly run down and neglected hotel. The food at this hotel is absolutely vile, mouldy fruit, covered in flies, it is like a kids birthday party with options that make 0 sense no actual proper food, the apple juice has the most disgusting taste i don’t even know how apple juice can be so bad. You have to carry these annoying tokens like you are at a school canteen. To get a drink at the ‘pool bar’ (which is inside) you must give your token, you then have to return your plastic cup to get your token back. If you lose your token you have to pay for another. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this where they have such little faith for their customers it’s just weird. The rooms are very small, claustrophobic and outdated, the wardrobe doesn’t even have a door. You have to wait ages to get in the lift as they are absolutely tiny so no one can fit in. The staff at the hotel are incredibly unhelpful, we asked to downgrade from half board as the food is inedible and such a waste of money to which they said no. They have a limited selection of new sunbeds and the rest are the nasty old and broken ones which is unfair for the customers that have to use these. We have ended up having to lose out on money and go out for meals instead which has been very expensive. The dining room also has those dangerous cords on the blind, my child had them caught around his neck at one point (those blinds are illegal in the uk) The only good thing about this hotel is it is right on the beach, if you get a sea view room the view is very nice and it is right in the centre of a small resort with restaurants and shops. It is a shame the resort is ruined by such a run down and neglected hotel.

Stayed for in August 2023 for a week... The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to the beach... Rooms are very basic and small but have a awesome view from the balcony. The pool is great for children as it starts very shallow then gets deeper... Unfortunately you have to get down early for sunbeds otherwise you'll find it tough getting one! Loads of restaurants close by and a supermarket across the road. There's a couple of lovely restaurants along the beach that we loved going to for sunset. Food at the hotel was ok, same as most all-inclusive hotels with this rating... unfortunately there was no outside dining so it felt like a school canteen at meal times....

Absolute disgrace. Food was awful with flies all over it. Undercooked, warmed up. I ended up ill from it. Not very child friendly as my 9 year old was told to get out of the pool with her swimming aid (pictured). Staff are rude and look down their noses at you. Snack bar was full of flies and food was uncovered. The holiday rep was useless and couldn't string a sentence together. Shame, because Son Bou is a nice place. Unfortunately has this dump right on the beach.
