Couldn't rate it high enough! Firstly pools are fab. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Staff are friendly so attentive. Travelled with a three year old too play area kiddie shoe every night for half hour. entertainment I would say is superior to other hotels I've stayed in too.

Can’t fault it overall for a 3* hotel.
Hospitality staff are courteous, entertainers are amazing, and the location is ideal (though you do hear the bars during the night).
Food was more than adequate, especially if you accept it’s a Spanish hotel. Avoid the English breakfast and enjoy the pancakes, fruit, omelettes and pastries. At night the grill always has freshly cooked meats and fish, plus the kids section has great pizzas.

The Hotel his lovely and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly but the thing which let's it down his the food.
Breakfast was the limited choice and the same every day. The meals were over cooked and very dry.
It didn't spoil the holiday, none of the group became ill from any of the food.
Would l stay there again, maybe 🤔

Location of the hotel is good very close to the seafront, that is where the positives end.
First off if you like the idea of staying here due to the Benidorm TV series just be aware the one pool area is pretty much all they used of this hotel for filming. The main swim up pool bar was out of order on our visit and looked like it had been for sometime.
Hotel isn't up to standards compared to others in the area. The rooms are very tried, for example our toilet wasn't fixed to the floor properly, very tired grout, fixtures and fittings etc. The food was fairly poor as expected for an all inclusive on the lower scale, breakfast was terrible one of the worst I've had, dinner options ok but repetitive, stayed for four nights, went down for the first two nights but ended up eating out anyway gave up for the last two. Tried breakfast once didn't bother again.
Staff on check-in was quite abrupt and rude.
So much noise from adjoining rooms and from outside. Understand this is in a busier side of Benidorm but we couldn't sleep unless we had the TV on due to noise.
Overall the hotel felt very tired and outdated, plenty of other better hotel options in the area would not return.

Fab hotel. Staff /service great. Entertainment very good.
I can't believe some of the negative comments on here. Food was always varied and always hot. We were there in February. It was not cold at all but if temp dropped we switched air con to heat!!?? Blankets in wardrobe. TV had loads of channels. I do not believe anyone who says corridors were noisy, you don't hear anything. If drunk people around, they were probably not hotel residents. Security was excellent. I am desperately trying to book for June / July but flights and availability do not correspond. I will definitely be back at some point. Oh, and IT IS totally a family resort. !!!!!!!!
