Every single person working here are wonderful. Not all the food is to our liking, but that is to be expected coming from Australia. Not all wines are included and not all dishes ( premium steaks and lobster tails ) Three pools 2 are quite 1 is the party pool. Night time entertainment is not so great but wish I could remember the name of the group that played one night they were absolutely spot on had lots of people dancing and joining in. I dont understand why we receive $250 hotel credits but are restricted to only use these in the Spa which is not of my interest.

Small and intimate resort but a great place to unwind and reconnect with your significant other. Room service is top notch and the spa is 1000/10. It’s so relaxing that you could actually fall asleep on the massage table. I wasn’t completely blown away by the food at the restaurants and I didn’t like the fact that all four restaurants need a reservation for dinner. So if you reserve too late you can’t eat at your restaurant of choice. Lastly, I must comment on how blissful it is to be poolside all day long getting drinks and food served to you by a very attentive staff. Bartenders and pool staff were amazing! All in all, I had a fantastic experience with my wife and we would definitely come back in the future.

My husband and I came here for our late honeymoon a while ago and it was the most amazing experience we've ever had. Everything was perfect for us, the food was amazing, our room was beautiful, the staff were always refilling our drinks and always kind, our room had a bottle on ice, a special message to us, rose petals, and a beautiful view. It was perfect.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating absolutely 5 star.
The pools are excellent and it is quite close to the airport.

For this hotel to improve my suggestions would be:
Tone down the "sales pitch" on the "introductory breakfast" - after initially trying to get us to agree to this on check- in with quite a heavy handed pitch - we counted 6 phone calls to our room trying to sell this to us and it was quite intrusive. This is what prevented service from being 5 stars in my opinion.
Perhaps a wider selection of beers would be good as well.
