This hotel is simply the best! The beach is clean with easy access into the sea, the pools are spacious and fit perfectly for both children and adults. The children's club was especially pleasing: experienced and friendly animators entertained them with exciting games, workshops and shows and did their best to involve the little ones in various interesting and fun activities, while their parents relax. The food is very tasty. Just an excellent choice for a family holidays!

We have had an amazing 2 weeks stay. The room was great, very spacious. The restaurant options are many with so may different options you will always find something to like. The staff are amazing, remembering your names and knowing your drinks before you even ask. A special mention must go to Moamen who works at the pool bar. Amazing service and great personality. He was always so happy and smiling whenever he saw us. He looked after us so well. We will hopefully be back soon!

We absolutely love the Greek restaurant within the resort. The food is very fresh and hot while service is not rushed with courses coming out one at a time which we love. Also very special shout out to our server Ahmed Ali which has been absolutely brilliant every single time we see him. My daughter and I both work in the service industry as well so his service is very much appreciated!

Honestly this place was probably one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. It was my first time visiting a resort in the Middle East and they set the expectations very high. The resort itself was very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly and very welcoming. They did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was great, the service was great, everything was top notch. I highly recommend this resort for families and couples. Will definitely be coming back!!

High expectations totally confirmed! Top cleaning level (Ahmed took care of our room 4103) and when you are travelling to Egypt is something not to ignore. Food in thematic restaurants is out of this world, the coral reef you reach from a private pier is simply amazing. Lifeguard and beach service is outstanding. Restaurants staff is always so careful and smiling. With Mr Maher’s precious supervision everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere is magic, impossible not to relax in a place like this. Me and my hubby enjoyed every minute here, we highly recommend it… especially the swim up room.
