Great hotel, great staff. Have the great pleasure to meet Julian Herrera, rooms division manager, great personality and always available to help. All the staff was great! Sunclub is indeed a great added value so I advise all to do this upgrade. Great restaurants, pools, kids club, beach and of course the nice vibes you get from all the hotel staff.

Rooms were good, but they're connecting rooms, and you can clearly hear everything on the other side and all the noise from outside the room. Beach was THE BEST , clean, calm, and prefect.
Food was ' meh', nothing special about it and almost the same every day. Pool was good , some fun activities, especially for the kids. Overall, it's not bad, especially for the price!

The service wasn’t the greatest. The resort is clearly understaffed. We had a large group and came early to get everyone checked in ahead of time before 3pm and went to enjoy the facilities. 3 pm came & our rooms were not ready. People that came after us were getting rooms. They promised us late check-out because we didn’t get our rooms until 4-4:30pm then on checkout day our room keys stopped working at 12pm which we complained to the front desk about because they took down all of our room numbers on the first day yet the staff working that day at the counter had no idea what we were talking about.

The food might have been the worst I have ever had....so we ate in town.
The facility was a bit under staffed but the staff was great. if you needed or wanted a drink at the pool it was 1 guy for to many for the kid to handle.
Bring water shoes is suggested the beach is great /the rocks can be a bit much in some spots. The room refrigerator was stocked at all times.
I would go bk again but I would treat it more like a hotel than an all inclusive because the food was gross....so bad .

The hotel grounds are lovely and beach is beautiful. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, which had a good variety.
The room was a bit dated in decor and the air conditioning unit was very noisy, sometimes disturbing our sleep.
The different restaurants are a great feature for the hotel. We really enjoyed the tepanyaki experience in the Asian cuisine restaurant, the sushi was tasty and the decor and ambience of the restaurant was classy.
A huge thank you to Rosalina, who made us feel so welcome and was very helpful during our stay. A big thank you also to Alba, who was very welcoming and with Rosalina helped make my sister's birthday memorable.
