Had the best stay at Tamassa. The resort is lovely with amazing pools, beaches, free activities for the whole family and paid activities also.
But the main reason we will be going back is for the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we just felt like we settled into the Tamassa community from the first night. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special, memorable and relaxing.

Good value resort with everything you need for a pleasant beach side stay.
We stayed on a half-board basis and the food was diverse and pretty good.
The staff would benefit from some hospitality training, it feels like nobody really cares about the guests, and the animation team is the most passive I've ever seen.

If it wasn’t for the very tired rooms this hotel would have deserved a 5 stars rating.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are in terrible condition.
For the price payed i would not recommend it to anyone unless you are planning to be disappointed.
For the food don’t waste your time at the buffet it is terrible, recommended to eat at playa or the burger truck .

recently stayed at Tamassa, a 5-star hotel renowned for its prime location. Indeed, the hotel’s location is its standout feature, offering convenient access to local attractions and beautiful surroundings. This aspect alone makes it a desirable choice for travelers seeking to explore the area.
However, my experience was marred by certain service-related issues that one would not expect from a hotel of this caliber. The most notable was the disorganization at the reception. Registration was unexpectedly slow, taking nearly 30 minutes, which is quite lengthy for a premium establishment. This initial experience set a less-than-ideal tone for my stay.
Furthermore, the hotel employs a peculiar system for customer service management. Guests are required to wear ribbons to be distinguished from other customers. This practice felt a bit demeaning and out of place in a luxury hotel setting, where discretion and subtlety in service are usually the norm.
Another surprising policy was the hotel’s insistence on cash-only transactions for beach towel rentals. In today’s digital age, where cashless transactions are increasingly standard⬤

Thank you for the staffs for their professionalism and kindness. The room was not as I expected unfortunately. Didn't quite enjoy the burger but the food was good. I don't think I will go there again but nice experience.
