Our anniversary stay at this private villa was unforgettable. The staff, particularly Hussnain, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially considering my knee injury. Ayo was also incredibly friendly and helpful. While the villa itself was beautiful and the service was excellent, there was a slight odor in our room that required constant air freshening.

I had a great time in this short summer-cation, it was a super fun experience. They even gave us a delicious chocolate cake even though we were not celebrating something special. Thank you to this lovely hotel staff and to many more visits Insha'Allah. Here is a short video on my experience

This is one of my favorite resorts. The service is amazing especially Sufian helped us a lot and the place is so clean and beautiful. We stayed at the villas with a private pool the villa is spacious and can take 3 adults as well as the pool was very private suitable for hijabis and for families. The villa had a direct access to the beach which was a breathtaking view.

I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton and had an amazing experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the hostesses, ( Gupal and Mario) . They were incredibly helpful, polite, and caring, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and attentive service truly made a difference. However, I did find that the breakfast could use some improvement. The food quality did not meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Despite this, my overall stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton for its outstanding service.
