We had a great time at the Ritz Carlton. Great service with friendly staff that is willing to help.
Food was overall quite decent even though you might end up queuing for breakfast if you arrive after 9am. We had lunch at the beach front and at the pool side restaurant. Meals are overpriced for the small portions.
We loved the beach even though a bit crowded. We were a but wary at first due to the train ride to go there, but it’s worth it.

El Marador restaurant served the best paella. Absolutely delicious.
Worst shower at a 5 star hotel, temperature constantly fluctuation and shower head so close to the wall you have to touch the wall to be under the water.
King bed is just two twins push together, so uncomfortable when sleeping in the middle.
When hosting a wedding beware that the phone operator will take 15 mins to answer the phone.
Pool side food was nice but portions very small. Spending €6 euros for chips and being served approximately 15 chips was extremely disappointing.

This hotel, the respect and hospitality service you receive there will be beyond your expectations! What I experienced in the pool areas, breakfast buffet and restaurant was even before I asked for something the hotel personnel had already offered me the needed services/ things! They really care about their guests.
The luxury rooms and wonderful architecture of the hotel building will make your stay even more exciting, enjoyable and unforgettable.

Opted for the recommended babysitting service provided by the resort, Great British Nannies, to savor adult dining experiences.
The nanny service comes highly recommended for their expertise and meticulous selection of staff.
Dining experiences were exquisite, marked by impeccable service across all restaurants and a team of exceptionally hospitable staff.
Thoughtfully designed children's facilities contributed to a serene atmosphere throughout our stay.
The pristine beach area, coupled with exceptional transportation services, further enhanced our experience.
The diligent and amiable housekeeping staff ensured a flawless and enjoyable stay.

We are staying with our 2 children (3 and 4 yrs) and we are having the best time. The rooms (we booked a Villa Suite) are beyond, and the food is exceptional. I’ve been to
Hotelschool myself, so I can be pretty critical. However, this hotel is amazing. As you can imagine even holiday with kids can be intense. However, because of the team of Ritz Carlton Abama, we are able to relax. A special thanks to Tim, who made our stay even more special and relaxed by being so extremely helpful and taking care of us (and our children). It’s our second stay, but we will definitely come back!
