Such a beautiful stay, we ended up extending for an extra night. The staff are so welcoming and attentive. The facilities are stunning and well kept, (pools and gym were a highlight). I 100% recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay just be mindful it is very isolated from the town with sparse shuttling to and from (though it is free which is great). Will definitely be back!!

Our stay in a garden room was incredible! The stay was made by the staff who were so nice to us and spoke great English. They were happy to help with any request and always greeted us with a smile. The resort is great with nice pools, rooms and views. The food was also amazing, especially the Thai options. The only problem is being far from Ao Nang, so maybe more shuttles per day would help. Also there is a nice gym that we didn’t see advertised anywhere. Overall thank you so much for our stay.

Aside from the issue with the bathroom since my arrival and non-smart TV, our stay at this resort was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to Kim's exceptional service. From the moment we arrived until we left, Kim was incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering help both within the resort and beyond. His dedication reflects the warm, hospitable, and friendly nature of the Thai people. Kim's English skills are top-notch, holding a certification from the USA, which made communication seamless. His service and hospitality were truly impressive. I believe Kim deserves a promotion as his qualifications, expertise, and customer service skills are remarkable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful stay and excellent service.

They market themselves as a luxury hotel, but they clearly lack attention to detail. I experienced a frustrating 50-minute wait for the hotel shuttle at their Ao Nang sister hotel. The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 4:00 PM, but it never did. Despite the sister hotel calling them three times, they kept insisting the shuttle was on its way. Exhausted from waiting, we eventually called a Grab, only to find the shuttle parked right in front of the hotel when we arrived. When I complained to the front desk, they pretended to be unaware of the situation. Additionally, upon arrival, I informed them that I had two reservations and wanted to merge them to avoid switching rooms. They assured me there would be no problem, but when the first reservation expired, so did my room keys. I requested someone to come and resolve the issue, but they insisted I go to the lobby once again.

Leaking bidet partially flooded our bathroom in our ocean view unit. Nice view but partially blocked by trees. However it is private feeling and beautiful. There's no real beach but the pool and lawn are very nice. Exceptionally friendly staff. Overall a good stay but there shouldn't be leaking bidets in a luxury experience.
