This is the best hotel in the Algarve. Great location. Clean and well appointed rooms. Fantastic service. The buffet breakfast is top notch and has enough food to keep you full for the day. Every employee makes an extra effort to make you feel welcomed and valued. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The beach club was the best I’ve ever been to. If hang around until 3pm the chill out music turns to a great DJ. I’m a travel agent and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This one is extra special. I’m going to be recommending it to all of my clients. Thank you to Mummy and Leandro in the breakfast buffet for remembering my breakfast tea every morning. I can’t wait to go back!

It was my first time here, but I will definitely come back. The service was admirable. Staff goes all the way. Rooms are tidied twice a day. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Rooms, staff, facilities food all excellent. Location is probably the best in the area.
Pool is a bit busy and on the small side for the price, but still amazing and we enjoyed it a lot.
Breakfast has everything you would want, high quality food.
Star of the show is the coffee shop at the lobby, high quality coffee and don’t skip the sweets as they are very tasty as well.
Highly recommend this hotel and would say one of the few hotels we would repeat as we typically like to change it up and don’t go to the same place twice.

Had a fabulous 10 days at the Tivoli. Fantastic facilities matched only by all of the staff. So welcoming & friendly nothing was too much trouble.
A special mention for the staff in Peppers the steak restaurant inside the hotel. The one gentleman (unfortunately didn’t get his name) had the greatest smile in Portugal!!! A wonderful man who clearly loved his job, so nice to see
100% will return to the Tivoli when we are next back in Portugal

Absolutely terrible service and I don’t know how this could be rated as a 5 star hotel. Staff overall were unfriendly and unhelpful. No greeting upon arrival, no help in explaining the facilities when we checked in, very cold atmosphere. Constantly having to ring down for towels, water, soaps etc and having to request items needed several times. Phones not working in the room and one evening the shower was blocked so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Not one apology from management. One evening I passed reception and asked for an ice bucket to be delivered to my room only I was told to ring myself for it. Just dreadful experience, run a mile from this place.
