We stayed in 3 bedroom villa for 6 nights. Villa was very spacious. Loved having our own pool. Buffet was amazing. We enjoyed various spa treatments. The steam room was a highlight. All staff very lovely & accommodating

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Resort, and without a doubt, it was an extraordinary experience that surpassed all expectations. Having previously dined at other resorts in the area, I can confidently say that Vinpearl stands head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff's genuine smiles and eagerness to ensure our comfort immediately made us feel at home. What truly set this dining experience apart was the breathtaking sea view. The restaurant's strategic location provided a panoramic outlook of the ocean, which added an enchanting touch to our meal. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, each thoughtfully curated to please the most discerning palate. Every plate that arrived at our table was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. The chefs at the Resort are truly masters of their craft, and it showed in every exquisite bite. One dish that stood out was the Grilled Salmon Salad with asparagus and Grilled US Beef tenderloin with dumpling potato. The combination of flavors and textures was absolutely divine, leaving us wanting more. The attention to detail and use of fresh, high-quality ingredients were evident in every dish, and the presentation was nothing short of artful. What made the experience even more remarkable was the impeccable service. The staff at the resort went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. In conclusion, I can confidently say that dining at this Resort was the highlight. Stayed at the villas and got a massage treatment. Massages were an incredible bang for your buck and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. We also used the gym which was serviceable for our needs. Villas were nice and expansive, just a bit lived in. The hotel lobby and rooms looked more kept up.

We spent 7 nights. If we didn’t have the meal package we wouldn’t have ate at the restaurant. Some restaurant staff were very rude and very forgetful. You have a pool bar with no bar man, so we had to go into the main foyer to order a drink and on occasion they forget to bring out our drinks. We had a beautiful massage and the staff were much nicer than the rest of the resort. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained On check out they wouldn’t let us leave until they checked our room first. We stayed at other vinpearl resorts while in Vietnam and they didn’t do this. I have traveled all over the world and never had this done I was very offended.

We booked a holiday at this resort and we were looking forward to the stay. Only to have the resort cancel our booking 12 hours before the stay. My wife made the booking but used her sisters credit card to hold the booking which is allowed as per T&Cs. My sister in law is also travelling with us. When we called the venue, the venue did not allow us to book again under the same offer. This is all in the space of 24 hours. I can’t believe the venue was so unhelpful, considering the stay was for the next day. It’s not hard to provide some good alternatives for customers considering these are holiday destinations. Very disappointed.
