I am so glad I didn't pay attention to some of the negative reviews. This hotel is absolutely worth the money it is very clean, the staff is at your beck and call. The views are amazing the beach is clean and the restaurants are great with fresh food. You can not go wrong. If you ask the bartenders to make it strong, they will, which is recommended. I am out of the box thinker, and there were multiple times where I needed the staff to accommodate some requests like moving furniture setting up special areas they accommodated every time with a smile on their face. You will not regret it. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews you have seen. Those are probably people that have either been paid to talk negatively or have taste that far exceed anything a country could provide. I have been out of the country multiple times at different resorts, and all five stars rated. This one definitely stacks up.

Impressive hotel if I say so myself. Adults only and not over packed with people. I have never stayed here before, so I am pleasantly surprised. It was a recommendation from the younger ones in our party. The balcony had a good size hot tub. In fact, all four of us fitted in. This could be set to our temperature settings to our comfort. There was also a chilling lounger, which was great for that lazy afternoon overlooking beautiful scenery. The only advice would be for management to update the rooms. It's the attention to detail that always gets that 5 star rating. The woodwork needs replacing or updating, especially the drawers, wardrobe doors, polishing the marble, etc. The overall appearance of the rooms is great. We had a junior suite, which was spacious enough for my friend and I. The view of the photos was sunrise and hence slightly overcast. The majority of the staff, actually all of them except one mmmm but it was dealt with appropriately. We're amazing, great customer service, and we were completely satisfied. Thank you to all the people, particularly the catering department, who addressed my needs. I felt over and beyond.

Small resort not much of a party vibe, plus I got food poisoning here. The room and view was beautiful but had to call room service to come back in to clean the toilet after I noticed a pee stain. Oh! And the shower had soap scum on it! Nonetheless, Everyone was pleasant. Not worth the $3,000 we spent. I’ve been to much better, will not be back.

Great location...only 25 mins from the airport. Love that it is adults only....the service was great! Rooms are cool...hot tub on every balcony from what I can see. Good amount of entertainment and fun even in the off season. And being able to access Secrets next door is great too! If you can afford it do the Exhale Club room with butler service. The butlers are amazing. Travis is the man! I made mention of something and he took care of it. I came for my birthday and they made me feel so special. Decorated door, complimentary champagne and cake. I will absolutely be back!

Breathless completely exceeded our expectations. We booked for a week for our honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised with the presidential suite and the hospitality! Beautifully kept resort, with very accommodating staff. Come with your manners and respect and they will give it back tenfold. Food options were excellent (so many options with access to Secrets as well). Rooms were very soundproof, didn’t hear much neighbouring noise. Small resort footprint with beautiful views. Felt safe and comfortable. The skywalk to Secrets from the 1st floor was a quick jaunt to the beach access. Loved every minute; looking forward to returning again. Special thank you to Travis and Olivia for taking care of us from beginning to end. Patricia in housekeeping for the kind words. And our favourite waiter Theo, who always made sure our dining experience was perfect! You all always had a smile to share and made us feel at home. Keep it up and stay great xo Until next time

We had a wonderful experience staying at secrets wild orchid. 11/29/2024 We stayed preferred in a swim up room. Room was spacious, clean, mini bar stayed stocked - our butlers were top notch ! From the moment we got off the shuttle bus - everything was perfect , we never had to wait to be seated or served , drinks were served to us wherever we were . We had a nice reserved area on the beach daily . We were not pressured to join their tiered membership . Can’t wait to go back

Luxurious Stay at Wild Orchid Secrets, Jamaica We stayed at the Wild Orchid Secrets Hotel in Jamaica this past January, and it was an absolutely luxurious experience. We upgraded our room to stay in the exclusive block with a private beach area, and it was worth every penny. The room was stunning, featuring a hot tub on the balcony, a service hatch for room service, and even a pillow menu for added comfort. It felt like true indulgence. The concierge and service in the exclusive block were excellent, though the food options in this area were a bit limited. That said, we had access to the main restaurants, which offered a fantastic variety of cuisines and consistently delicious food. The entire complex was beautifully maintained, with lush grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The evening entertainment was excellent and very professional, with a great variety of shows and performances that added to the vibrant atmosphere of the resort. One slight downside was the gratuity system. While we prepaid gratuities, we noticed that those tipping with cash at the bar often received priority service, which felt a bit off-putting. That aside, the service across the resort was generally top-notch. Overall, Wild Orchid Secrets provided an amazing experience. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained resort with luxurious amenities, top-tier entertainment, and a wide range of dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was really looking forward to this holiday. Not a 5 star hotel. The service is not top tier, nor is the food. I personally would not return. This hotel did have me wondering, in what year did they receive their 5 star rating. Surely not in the last couple of years. The views are beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. The beach is very clean, you have to get downstairs very early in the morning if you want a sun lounger, 6.30 am, no later. The drinks are a good selection, but the cocktails vary on taste, alcohol content, and temperature, depending on the bartender. The food was mainly tepid if not cold in temperature whilst your drinks would be warm. This location has a lot of potential, but the lack of service lets it down. Having to call for hand/towels, wash cloths 7 days out of 10, once the room had been tided became part of the holiday. If you are looking for comfortable, luxury and to relax, keep looking.

The secrets, wild orchid in Montego Bay. Jamaica was a beautiful vacation spot. They have several restaurants to choose from at their all-inclusive resort. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided great customer service. The food was delicious. They had good entertainment and the beach was fantastic. We scheduled some fun activities and tours during our trip. Would definitely want to go back.

We planned to spend Christmas 2024 at this resort, however when we arrived we were massively disappointed in the food options available at this all inclusive. Each night there were only 2/3 of the 6-7 restaurants available for dinning, and we were told that on Christmas day there would only be two options for dinner: a buffet, or a plated dinner that REQUIRED the purchase of at least an $80 bottle of wine (at an all inclusive!). The room service food was comparable to a middle school cafeteria lunch, the burgers were clearly sitting in a chaffing dish of liquid before being served. We found out upon leaving that there was a labor strike through the resorts of Jamaica that was being kept quiet from guests, the staff that was present however was wonderful, and the various beaches were well kept. Overall this was not the luxury vacation that we were expecting and in the end we left early to return home.
