Currently staying in the hotel on a 5 night break with Jet2 holidays. Rooms are adequate and cleaned daily except Sundays. Furniture does look dated but it's the same in virtually every Spanish hotel I've ever been in and as I only use the room to sleep and wash in it's more than adequate.
Food is self service and therefore plentiful and is of a good quality, and suits every palate. I'm staying all inclusive and it's totally acceptable.
Pool is located on the top floor of the hotel and is quite small but I've never yet had a problem getting a sunbed or in the pool itself. Pool area is kept clean and tidy.
Hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the main bus station in Puerto De La Cruz from where you can get buses all over the island and is about a slow 15 minutes walk to the city centre where all the shops etc are.
Only downside to the hotel is that it is noisy with a hotel (be live Tenerife) on one side blasting out incessant music for most of the day and on the other side is a sports hall complex from which you get noise of cheering crowds and whistles from the referees.
Apart from that I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel as the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help.

The rooms were very dated and far from spotless- there was a bunch of hair stuck to the tiles in bathroom and nobody cleaned it for a week that we were there, same with some dust and more hair under the sink. Pretty disgusting. The furniture was dated but it was expected, beds and sheets were nice and clean. No sockets in sight- found one in a cabinet and one behind a side table- very uncomfortable. Swimming pool- clean but very small and the atmosphere there was horrible- feels like if you make a sound louder than a whisper you’re not welcomed. Parking on the street- impossible, so if you hire a car it will be a nightmare. The thing that was great about that hotel was its location and I think it’s the only thing going for it.

The hotel is nice and the reception seemed more like a four star hotel. I was impressed by the food waiting for us as we arrived late at night. It was much appreciated. The room was big enough, clean and comfortable with good ac. The staff were excellent. The food in the restaurant was good. The rooftop pool was small for a hotel this size and had a strange rule of having to not make noise! Seemed odd considering there was a separate area below with sun loungers. Surely that could be the quiet area? The hotel is close to a small beach and about a 15 minute walk to the gorgeous town centre of Puerta de la Cruz . The hotel was about 80% Spanish with 10% British and 10% German. We also had a nice sea view and mountain view.

Great location, being a 5 mins walk away from the beach. A great 3 star Hotel, situated approximately a 2 mins walk to the main bus station, and a supermarket also 2 mins walk from the hotel. Our chambermaid named Eugenia, was absolutely amazing, she cleaned our room 206 like no other, that we have personaly experienced on our travels. Our room was big spacious and spotlessly squeaky clean, Eugenia was very very thorough.
I cannot comment on the Hotel food itself, as we came self catering, our only complaint being no toast maker in our hotel room.....
Hotel G F Noelia, also boasts a roof top pool, with absolutely amazing views. A must visit for all to try, also boasted evening entertainment 😀
A safe deposit box costing €1.80 a day
Also free Wifi, really cannot fault this hotel.

We have loved our stay at GF Noelia. We came for our honeymoon and they left us out a fruit platter and a towel display with petals. It was also my husband’s birthday during our stay and I put up a sign saying happy birthday and when we came back they left him a note with sweets wishing him a happy birthday. The service and small touches are amazing, would recommend!!! Rooms are a little dated but overall very good condition.
