If you search for peace and quiet, stay with nature- like boutique resort, you definitely should choose LUX Marijani. It meets you with pleasure and soul. Guest relations team works great and is always available at your service, whether you want a bottle of fresh water or a laundry service - just call! All staff is very kind and helpful. Some if them do not understand English well, but it was not the problem for our stay. Especially i would like to point out and say great and truly thank you for restaurant chef Nitesh, and pastry chef Desi. They made our stay, even despite some issues in restaurant they solved everything in the best possible way. They provided unexpected attention to our needs and wishes beyond our boldest expectations. I can suggest to every guest to ask both chefs to impress you with the dishes outside the menu! They will be happy to impress you, and I am sure they will! We had an amazing 12 night family stay experience. And from all our hearts we wish all the best to the whole team! We can recommend the hotel for 100% even despite there's still things to improve!

A beautiful hotel with a stunning location, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service. The staff is incredibly warm and attentive – a special thanks to Paloma for her outstanding efforts, which made our (extended) stay unforgettable. Also a perfect spot for divers and kite surfers. I’m only writing this review to highlight Abdul from the restaurant. My husband and I visited this resort for the first time and he was the one to take care of us the first day. His energy was so amazing. It’s very refreshing to meet someone so genuine and kind. We loved him so much we wanted to see him again the next day. Abdul is a huge asset and such a positive vibe to this hotel. Wonderful wonderful human!!! 🤍🤍🤍

This beautiful boutique hotel offers high-quality food, a wonderful atmosphere, and beautifully appointed rooms. The beach features soft white sand( same is Mexico)and is impeccably clean. The ocean and pool waters are always warm, thanks to the pleasant local climate. The spa is exceptional, with highly skilled professionals providing top-notch massage and facial treatments. The staff is incredibly friendly, offering excellent customer service. The hotel is ideal for adults, with fewer children around, though there is a small playground both indoors and outdoors, there are moving night on the beach for kids and adult, along with craft and cooking activities for younger guests and the hotel is offering hourly nany for $20USD. The only downside is that the hotel is about an hour’s drive from the airport. Overall, it’s a peaceful and highly enjoyable experience.

LUX Marijani Zanzibar is a stunning, luxurious beachfront hotel with top-tier facilities, excellent food, and incredibly professional and friendly staff. The overall experience was fantastic, but a couple of issues slightly dampened our stay. The biggest downside was a significant ant problem in the bathroom, which we reported up to three times, yet nothing was done about it. This was surprising given how exceptional the service was in every other aspect. Additionally, during checkout, we noticed an incorrect charge for an extra couples’ massage, which turned out to be a mistake from the previous guests’ bill. Fortunately, the staff promptly removed it when we pointed it out. Despite these hiccups, the beauty and comfort of the hotel still made for a memorable and positive stay. The beachfront location was great, though it’s worth noting that this part of Zanzibar experiences stronger tidal changes, making the beaches less consistently ideal compared to the northern parts of the island.

The Mora is a most wonderful and luxurious hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are superb! The staff is truly friendly (we loved Queen!) and attends to your every need. Food is fresh, good and with lots of variety. It is located near the most stunning beach. Almost everything is included in the Mora. I took a yoga class near the ocean daily and it had the best yoga teacher! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The Mora resort was exceptional. The resort was super clean, the staff were attentive and committed to service excellence, and the food was good. Mercy, Simon and Emanuel were my favs. I appreciated them taking care of my husband and I as family. If you're considering a Zanzibar holiday, the Mora is definitely a good choice.

Everything was perfect. It’s unreal how friendly every single person here is ! They are very hard working people and they always smiling . On the picture below there is our son with George , the gulf car driver. George made our trip very pleasant, he told us story about Tanzania and zanzibar and he was very friendly. We definitely will come here again !

We had a very pleasant vacation at the Mora! We are so gratefull for the services. We can recommend the hotel to others. Our room was cleaned every day! We appreciate the silent cinema. At the pool the stuff offer us cold towels and drinks (ice tea was really good) and fresh fruits.
