Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu offers an unbeatable location and an amazing overall experience. The highlight of our stay was the incredible view from the club lounge, which made every visit feel special. The drink selection in the lounge was impressive, and the food offerings were sufficient for dinner on some nights. However, the service in the club lounge was slightly disappointing. Some staff members were attentive and provided excellent service, but others seemed distracted, often on their phones, and were chatting loudly, which disrupted the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. This was frustrating given that the club lounge is marketed as a more exclusive, executive experience. That said, the rest of the hotel experience was fantastic, and I would still recommend it to others. If the hotel would like to follow up, I am happy to provide more details about my experience to help improve future stays.

Great experience here! All staff are really kind and friendly.. I want to thank so much with the Concierge counter for giving me direction to the Hall that I need to go they deserve pay rise for it because They're really kind to tell me because I can't find where's the Info desk.. Thank you for attend me on my 1st visit I really thankful for them!! Overall Nice place all staff also Friendly keep up the great attitude and Hope you guys Can keep like this in long run!! Will Book room next time!!

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Hotel service was very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. Oke downside is the room maintenance needs to be improved. There is some mould in the bathroom shower wall, the curtain railing was loose, toilet flush button was also a bit loose. Other than that it's still a good hotel, would recommend. The lounge is also really nice and the views from rooms and lounge is amazing

Our stay at Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu, in the Bi -Level Duplex Suite, has been such a wonderful experience. The central location, with a lively market just across the street, and the lounge with its gorgeous sea views really made it stand out, even compared to Marriott nearby we were considering earlier. The rain might have hidden the sunsets, ⛈️☔️but the friendly and thoughtful service here more than made up for it.👍🏻 The little touches, like complimentary pressing (just in time for the wedding we’re attending) and even washing a shirt with a sweet handwritten note, really warmed our hearts. The suite is stunning, beautifully designed and offering amazing views of sunrise and sunset when the skies are clear. It’s such a lovely spot for both a holiday and special moments. Definitely the right choice! 💖

The hotel was great and was made even better by the team at this facility. Thank you to Elvina, Peter, Chef Daniel, Chef Kelvin, Chef Bobby, Mr Roger who went above and beyond our expectations of service. We truly thank them for making our stay that much more special. My only item of note is the location, as it is directly located in front of a market that has fresh seafood, restaurants, shops, etc. So if you are looking for a beautiful beach view when you step outside this is not what you will get. Once inside the hotel, it's great.

Our stay at Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai was nothing short of amazing! The resort’s location is absolutely stunning, with a private beach and lush greenery that create the perfect tropical escape. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the sea. We loved the infinity pool and the relaxing spa treatments, both of which added to the luxury experience. The dining options were excellent, featuring a variety of dishes from local to international cuisines, all prepared with great care. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether it was enjoying water sports, exploring the nearby nature trails, or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere, there was never a dull moment. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway, Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴

The resort is quite big, and beautiful. It has many amenities, such as a gym, a nice swimming pool, alongside others. The beach is also clean. The rooms are very cozy. Overall a very enjoyable experience. 10/10.

Do not go here. I do not understand how this "resort" has 5 stars. The website looks like a beautiful and happening resort with plenty of amenities. We arrived and it was a ghost town there we saw maybe 10 to 15 other guests. Only 2 restaurants or bars were open and then the Cafe. The pool was roped off around 7. We paid extra for the "club" that we had access to until 9pm. Or so we thought. They closed 3 hours early with no notice on the door. Then there was the room. I've stayed in 35$ motels that were cleaner. Mold, scum on the shower (clearly has never been cleaned), accumulations of dust everywhere and drippings of God knows what on the walls. Our shower head was warped and shot water out at the ceiling. The manager did handle it professionally and worked with us. We received a refund for the rest of our stay and arranged other accommodations. We felt taken advantage of and lied to. Even if they could relocate us to an acceptable room it wouldn't matter because there was nothing to do there.

Vanessa was very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about everything! Besides the good location, room, food and facilities, she top it all off with a very good service and that made our experience better. Ideal place for small or large group for a getaway or when you visit Sabah for touring, just look for Vanessa to assist you!
