I happen to be there after the cold play concert, so I understand that it might be busy but we had booked it over a month ago and the service was so disappointing.
We had to wait an hour and a half to get our rooms and then there were no toiletries and no towels. The staff needed to be reminded every once in a while that we have requested for a service and we haven't received it yet.
On the other hand the rooms where decently maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and some minor drawbacks.
Pros:
Spacious room: The room was impressively large with plenty of space to move around, which added to the comfort.
Amazing city view: The city view from my room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of my stay.
Cons:
Old-school design: While the design of the room and facilities felt dated, everything was still functional and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the room size and view standing out as key strengths.

Booked a two room four bed suite for the F1 GP. Arrived late at night 1am and wanted to take a shower. When we opened the bath tab the water was brown. Pure solid brown color (rust). I called reception and they sent somebody to have a look. He said it was because the bath tab had not been opened for a few days. I explained that under no circumstances we can shower, wash our teeth etc with this water. The next day I went down to reception and asked to speak to the manager but they said he was out and that they would leave a message. Pure silence. The following day again I went to reception and asked to speak to the manager and again they said that they would leave a message. Nobody came back. Pure ignorance. How is it possible for a hotel offering such unhygienic water and be able to get away with this....? I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It ruined our holidays and eventually we ended up all having a shower in the kids room where the water was slightly better and brushing out teeth with bottled water....

First of all, the hotel staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. As the face of the hotel, their behavior was downright embarrassing, and it was shocking to have such poor treatment as a guest.
I booked a 2-bedroom family suite, it was a suite connected to a regular room. I found it strange to have a connected room suite and I never heard about this. I arrived at 2 PM, which is the official check-in time, expecting both rooms to be ready. One room, the suite, was ready, but the connected room wasn’t, and I was told it would take an hour to prepare. I had no problem with that and agreed to return later in the day.
Also, they charged me by separate rooms, not as a whole suite.
When I came back around midnight, I was told the connected room had been given to another guest. This was completely unacceptable. It was already 12 AM, and I just wanted to rest, but instead, I was “compensated” with an upgrade to a suite far from my family. The suite and the connected room were charged separately but at the same price, which I found very strange and not a real compensation at all.
To make matters worse, I forgot my AirPods in the room. I have a tracker on them, and I could see their activity, but housekeeping insisted they never saw them. According to my tracker, my AirPods were stolen during my stay.
Keeping in mind, I had to call them over 30 times to get a reply from them. They have a phone number but they never reply.
This was by far my worst hotel experience, and I will never stay here again. Save your money and avoid wasting time at this hotel.
If there was a 0 star, I would give it to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day with my wife. I had a transfer from a vacation in another country and chose Corniche
You need to understand that the hotel looks very tired. It is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3 stars - be sure to take this into account so as not to be disappointed
Of the advantages:
1. Very beautiful lobby of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax, just to sit or drink coffee
2. Convenient location. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and generally close to any locations in the city center
3. Friendly staff - they help and communicate with you kindly
4. A nice and comfortable hall. There is a swimming pool with a good view of the city
5. Breakfasts with a wide variety of food, but it seems that this is an illusion (more details in the cons)
6. There are taxis on duty at the entrance, you can leave at any time to the desired location
Of the cons:
1. There was no hot water for the entire time of our presence - we had to wash in barely warm water
2. The room was very tired of more guests and clearly needs updating. We had dirty ventilation, dirty sofas in some white drops and so on
3. There were no bathroom facilities for two people. They all lived for one person - one towel, one soap
4. The buckets in the bathrooms look just awful. Please replace them
5. About breakfast - there really seemed to be a lot of food, but there was nothing to eat. A couple of main courses and a lot of extra. The coffee is tasteless
Overall, the hotel is normal, but definitely not 5 stars. Do not set yourself up for a high level of service and quality of the hotel
