The service at this hotel is absolutely terrible ! It took 6 phone calls to the front desk to get 2 glasses to drink from. Also never heard of any hotel charging for ice before....yeah, this one does! Your establishment is only as good as your staff, and the staff at this hotel seem disgruntled. Pay your staff more, Ramada and you will get good people. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Bad choice for Pure veg people.
Dining service - In dinner, we received 3 vegetables, surprisingly every vegetable is of potato and lots of green peas. Only the color of gravy was different. Rotis were so hard that we could not able to eat a single piece. Moreover on next day in breakfast, only one dish was applicable for veg people which is paratha and veg and to very bad again that vegetable is of potato and green peas. Wondering the choice of menu designer. Much disappointed.
Rooms - Rooms are very good and spacious. We do understand that every room is having certain paid services like mini bar snacks etc. Here they have positioned these things at various different places in the room and everywhere you will get a tag associated, caution, this is paid menu. This is giving feeling that this room is just a decorative room, people should not touch anything which is diminishing our feeling of comfortless and representing a picture of this place is just doing business nothing to do with customer comfort.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reception was unpleasant and the staff at the front desk were rude and arrogant. They never apologized even when they were clearly at fault. I even witnessed a staff member shouting at a guest. We requested dishes and they only brought us pots, a pan, and knives – no cutlery or plates. Furthermore, the dishes were very dirty and unusable; we could only use one pot.
We had reserved a parking spot, but on the last day of our stay, I was asked to park my vehicle in a paid parking lot. We also had a reservation with breakfast included, but it was poor compared to other hotels. The teaspoons were not available and had to be requested each time, as they were brought from inside.
The bathroom faucet was poorly fixed and wobbled in all directions, and there was no hot water. The little children felt cold while showering. Additionally, the water drainage in the shower was defective; if the water was turned on full, it overflowed.
Despite all this, I must acknowledge that the restaurant staff were helpful, as was an Egyptian person in the parking lot who explained things clearly and calmed frustrated guests. However, this does not make up for the numerous shortcomings of this establishment. They deserve a 0. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to the Abu Dhabi Mall and other attractions.
The **services provided were top-notch**. The housekeeping team ensured that my room was always spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.
A special mention goes to the **restaurant staff**. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff were always courteous and attentive, making sure that every meal was enjoyable.
I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Mr. Tamer and Mr.Binumon there professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and his dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
Overall, I highly recommend the Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The excellent services, attentive housekeeping, and exceptional restaurant staff, especially Mr. Tamer, made my stay truly memorable.

I now call this place my home. I did love it there. I didn't have time to book through an app but I made reservations through a phone call and I was well received. All staffs are carrying from bell boy to the concierge to the housekeeping and then to the waiters and Chefs and let me not forget the life guard at the roof top he welcome you whole heatedly such a beautiful feeling, such a connection that I wished to stay there longer and even join the team and work with them but reality kicked in and it was time to check out but believe me when I say you are now home. This is the only place I will be staying when I visit Abu Dhabi. Thumbs up 😊☺️you will see me soon ♥️🌹
