Absolutely outstanding experience at Sofitel Corniche hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The lobby is beautifully designed, exuding a sense of luxury and elegance. My room had breathtaking views of the Corniche, and it was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could imagine. The amenities are world-class. The pool area is a peaceful oasis with attentive service, and the fitness center is well-equipped. Dining options were diverse and delicious, with each meal offering a blend of international flavors prepared to perfection. Breakfast was a particular highlight – an incredible variety to suit every taste. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. I recently stayed, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the reception staff especially to Ms. Alien shout out for her where she deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist took the time to ensure we were comfortable, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities. They were more than happy to accommodate our requests, whether it was a late check-out or suggestions for local dining options. What truly stood out was the personal touch the staff added to our experience. They remembered our names and greeted us each time we passed through the lobby, making us feel truly valued as guests. her kindness extended beyond just fulfilling their duties; they seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a stunning location, making it an ideal getaway, but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. During my stay, the WiFi in my room was non-functional, and despite daily complaints, I was only offered a room change on the last night. The laundry service was overpriced and returned late, and the room cleaning only occurred when I requested it. The staff appeared unaware of member privileges and generally displayed rudeness. Breakfast was chaotic, with guests struggling to find tables, and there was a shortage of plates and utensils, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I will not return. I would rate it as a 3-star hotel at best.

Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche remains my top choice for accommodation in the city. The teams commitment to excellence and personalized hospitality keeps me coming back. Highly recommended! Also i would like to thank Saad the receptionist he was very helpful and professional. He warmly welcomed me and my friends and he was helpful to make the check in process smooth and faster.

The positives: good room sizes, good amenities, everything looks nice and clean. The swimming pool is great! The good thing is, it is surrounded by buildings by all sides except west. So it is fully shaded almost all day. The breakfast was really good as well. The negatives: the bath area had a glass door. The toilet had a (shaded) glass door, but no lock. Not great if you are coming with family. There is no need for people to have direct line of sight and sound, when you are taking a shower or going to the bathroom, is there? Luckily I was by myself this time.

We chose Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi for our anniversary staycation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. As an anniversary gift, the hotel generously upgraded us to a twin suite, which was spacious, impeccably maintained, and beautifully designed. This thoughtful gesture set a great tone for our stay. The hotel’s pool and beach facilities are located at the Beach Club on the other side of the road, but accessing them is easy via a convenient tunnel. The Beach Club itself is fantastic, offering a range of facilities including a beach with waves, a lazy pool, an adult pool, a family pool, a kids' pool, and a dedicated kids' play area. There’s also a gym, squash courts, and a zip line (although it was unfortunately under maintenance during our visit). Another highlight is the hotel's prime location. It is surrounded by several excellent restaurants and is within walking distance of Marina Mall, making dining and shopping easily accessible. They also offer a variety of sports activities, adding to the overall experience. The only downside was the food. While the buffet had a wide range of options, both the dinner and breakfast were disappointing in terms of taste. This aspect could use significant improvement. Despite the food, our experience was good and satisfactory, and the exceptional facilities and location make it a stay worth considering for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay, we loved it! Shows it’s ‘old money’ class! The staff are the real stars here!! Our checkin was smooth, we were upgraded, thank you! The concierge was so polite and attentive to little details every time! The dining staff were so so nice - we went for breakfast and dinners - breakfast was busy period but they have done a fantastic job keeping the food plates full and prompt service. Dinner was calm fine dining environment and staff attended to little details like getting a straw for my little one every day! Food was very tasty and plenty of options! Had excellent variety over the week - not boring repeats! Our suite had lovely water views, not a shiny new skyscraper but the building could/may be classed as heritage, management has done a fantastic job maintaining it! The water park was super nice with wave pool, kids section, etc. kids spent a lot of time there and enjoyed it! We’d go again, highly recommended!

Complete Disappointment Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche fell far short of expectations. The reception staff seemed indifferent and exhausted. The room I was shown was unclean and had an overpowering odor. When I reported the issue to the receptionist and requested a different room, my concerns were met with indifference. Unfortunately, the disappointment extended to dinner as well. The food was below the standard expected of a five-star hotel and was quite mediocre. The dining area was poorly organized; despite available tables in the dessert section, we were not allowed to sit there, forcing guests to wait in long lines. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the outdated cooling system, which made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. This hotel fails to provide even the basic comfort one expects, particularly at its price point. This experience highlights a clear need for serious management improvements.

Booked a two room four bed suite for the F1 GP. Arrived late at night 1am and wanted to take a shower. When we opened the bath tab the water was brown. Pure solid brown color (rust). I called reception and they sent somebody to have a look. He said it was because the bath tab had not been opened for a few days. I explained that under no circumstances we can shower, wash our teeth etc with this water. The next day I went down to reception and asked to speak to the manager but they said he was out and that they would leave a message. Pure silence. The following day again I went to reception and asked to speak to the manager and again they said that they would leave a message. Nobody came back. Pure ignorance. How is it possible for a hotel offering such unhygienic water and be able to get away with this....? I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It ruined our holidays and eventually we ended up all having a shower in the kids room where the water was slightly better and brushing out teeth with bottled water....

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and some minor drawbacks. Pros: Spacious room: The room was impressively large with plenty of space to move around, which added to the comfort. Amazing city view: The city view from my room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of my stay. Cons: Old-school design: While the design of the room and facilities felt dated, everything was still functional and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the room size and view standing out as key strengths.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day with my wife. I had a transfer from a vacation in another country and chose Corniche You need to understand that the hotel looks very tired. It is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3 stars - be sure to take this into account so as not to be disappointed Of the advantages: 1. Very beautiful lobby of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax, just to sit or drink coffee 2. Convenient location. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and generally close to any locations in the city center 3. Friendly staff - they help and communicate with you kindly 4. A nice and comfortable hall. There is a swimming pool with a good view of the city 5. Breakfasts with a wide variety of food, but it seems that this is an illusion (more details in the cons) 6. There are taxis on duty at the entrance, you can leave at any time to the desired location Of the cons: 1. There was no hot water for the entire time of our presence - we had to wash in barely warm water 2. The room was very tired of more guests and clearly needs updating. We had dirty ventilation, dirty sofas in some white drops and so on 3. There were no bathroom facilities for two people. They all lived for one person - one towel, one soap 4. The buckets in the bathrooms look just awful. Please replace them 5. About breakfast - there really seemed to be a lot of food, but there was nothing to eat. A couple of main courses and a lot of extra. The coffee is tasteless Overall, the hotel is normal, but definitely not 5 stars. Do not set yourself up for a high level of service and quality of the hotel

We booked a two-bedroom suite for our stay, and it was nothing short of a disaster. On the first day, when we turned on the water, it came out rusty—completely unacceptable. We contacted the receptionist, and she confirmed that she wouldn’t shower with that water either (pictures available). To make matters worse, the curtains were dirty, the carpet had stains, and the sofa had visible holes. As if that wasn’t enough, there was no shower gel provided. We requested to speak with the manager, but we’re still waiting for a response. This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had and completely ruined our holiday. We are genuinely shocked that Booking.com would collaborate with a hotel of such poor standards. Stay away from this place!

Probably the most misleading and worst hotel experience in a long time. This is not a 5 star hotel it is a 3 star hotel with 0 star service. 1. I was given a smoke smelling room even though I asked for a non. When I complained they tried to brush it away and sprayed air freshner. They lied that they had no more rooms to shift me too. After a lot of arguments they finally moved me too a different room the next night at 11pm. 2. Rooms are very very dated. 3. Taps make gross sounds and brown water flows throw them ( I have video proof) 4. Facilities are hard to use. Gym opens at 8am. Pool at 10am and closes at 7pm. Cuting corners. 5. Horrible breakfast. Eggs lady won't even take your order and makes you wait forever. Tea coffee is bags and nothing else. I can go on. At every step this hotel cuts corners and makes sure u cannot use any service. I don't know how they got a 5 star. I was in a hurry and did not see recent reviews. I wish I had. I hope my review saves someone else from this misery after paying nearly 1000 usd for 3 nights.

Our group's local agent had chosen this property for a two night stay. Located downtown, it provides ease in reaching out to places of travel interest. Their breakfast menu has plenty of variety and though spoiled for choices, the menu has negligible items preferred by Indian tourists. The lunch spread too has variety. The rooms are well laid out and provide a nice view of the downtown. The odd shaped rooftop swimming pool is kept well and provides good relief from the high temperature experienced in Abu Dhabi.

An incredible hotel, located in a premium area. We had a problem with our booking when we arrived (around 1.30am) and the staff was amazing handling with that, specially Vishal! He helped us and managed to gave us a room. After 7 hours of flight, we just wanted to rest but the booking only started on the day after - booking company mistake. And they were truly amazing with us! Definitely we will come back to this hotel!

Stayed at this place in Nov 2024 for a day. Well built hotel with great location and views. Really great hospitality by the guy checking us in - Nimeka. Few drawbacks - Average breakfast. Not many veg or Indian options. Other hot items were not that tasty as well. Fruits & Bakery is great. Could improve the overall elevator experience. Because of 18 floors, have to wait for elevator sometimes.

Stayed for the F1 weekend. The room was a very good size, brilliant view of the port opposite. Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, even gave us a room upgrade when we arrived. Taxi waiting outside daily and only 30 mins away from the circuit so ideal for our needs.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Ramada Hotel Corniche Abu Dhabi! The service provided by Nadeem and Fatima was exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the lovely pool area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!
