The foyer is beautifully decorated and maintained. Staff were helpful in the main but given this is a 5 star could have been friendlier. Room was beautiful with a great view. It was a shame the pool was so cold so we couldn’t use it but the gym was nice.

Today was my first stay in this hotel and I am already pissed. There’s no warm water coming out from the shower. They sent a technician to check the water. He turned on the tap for like 5 minutes and no hot water coming out still. I asked for a change of room, but they ignored my request. Later, both the manager and the technician came to check the water. They both knew there was no warm water coming out. The manager told me to leave the tap running for 5 minutes and the warm water would come after. I was like, what ? Am I living in a 3 star hostel ? Not to mention that no warm water coming through no matter how long I left the tap running. I asked for a change of room again. They said the water temperature was the same in every room so changing room wouldn’t help. We have been struggling with this issue from 7pm to 10pm. No warm water for shower all this time. I was forced to wait for hot water coming through at the hotel room the whole night instead of going out and have fun. Eventually, at around 11pm, they finally changed the room for us where there was warm water coming through right away. Obviously they lied about the water temp being the same in every room. I have lived in many different hotels before. If similar things happen in other 5 star hotels, a change of room will be arranged in no time. A hotel at this calibre should not have this poor attitude and services. I feel like it’s my responsibility to tell other people about my unhappy experience in this hotel. Please don’t trust any 5 stars comments you see and don’t come here.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Sofitel Corniche hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The lobby is beautifully designed, exuding a sense of luxury and elegance. My room had breathtaking views of the Corniche, and it was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could imagine. The amenities are world-class. The pool area is a peaceful oasis with attentive service, and the fitness center is well-equipped. Dining options were diverse and delicious, with each meal offering a blend of international flavors prepared to perfection. Breakfast was a particular highlight – an incredible variety to suit every taste. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist. They anticipated my needs, making me feel valued and at home. Sofitel is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi for leisure or business. I can’t wait to return!...

The staff was very hospitable and helpful, they often shared directions and gave suggestions for restaurants to eat at or places to visit. They always welcomed us with a smile and greeted us. The room was in top class condition and it was a very comfortable stay that we had. We had also ordered room service on one occasion and the food was fantabulous.

We chose Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi for our anniversary staycation, and it was a wonderful experience overall. As an anniversary gift, the hotel generously upgraded us to a twin suite, which was spacious, impeccably maintained, and beautifully designed. This thoughtful gesture set a great tone for our stay. The hotel’s pool and beach facilities are located at the Beach Club on the other side of the road, but accessing them is easy via a convenient tunnel. The Beach Club itself is fantastic, offering a range of facilities including a beach with waves, a lazy pool, an adult pool, a family pool, a kids' pool, and a dedicated kids' play area. There’s also a gym, squash courts, and a zip line (although it was unfortunately under maintenance during our visit). Another highlight is the hotel's prime location. It is surrounded by several excellent restaurants and is within walking distance of Marina Mall, making dining and shopping easily accessible. They also offer a variety of sports activities, adding to the overall experience. The only downside was the food. While the buffet had a wide range of options, both the dinner and breakfast were disappointing in terms of taste. This aspect could use significant improvement. Despite the food, our experience was good and satisfactory, and the exceptional facilities and location make it a stay worth considering for a relaxing getaway.

Spent New Year eve 2024 with family, rooms were small , there was no sofa bed or anything fir children sleep,but Neat and Clean. Location is perfect Corniche area, near by Emirates Palace ,Marina Mall and Nation Towers Mall. For kids nice pool with artificial beach and Zip line along with Beach area and nice views of corniche, water sports activities also available on beach if someone wants to do, only negative point is to cross double road underpass or roads to reach there. Recommended place to stay.

The rooms are nice and large, but if you book the sea view here you shouldn't expect more than a small window in the back left corner. One window faced the city and the other behind the armchair faced the beach. We simply had different expectations here. The service was ok, unfortunately we had to request something new after every room service. Either there was still no toilet paper the next morning or the old towels were taken away but there were no new ones. Much more disappointing, however, was the sudden interest shown by the service staff in the restaurant on the day of departure and the subsequent request for the Booking.com code to take away the rating qualms. All in all, the hotel was well located and very child-friendly. However, young couples might prefer an AO hotel.

I happen to be there after the cold play concert, so I understand that it might be busy but we had booked it over a month ago and the service was so disappointing. We had to wait an hour and a half to get our rooms and then there were no toiletries and no towels. The staff needed to be reminded every once in a while that we have requested for a service and we haven't received it yet. On the other hand the rooms where decently maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and some minor drawbacks. Pros: Spacious room: The room was impressively large with plenty of space to move around, which added to the comfort. Amazing city view: The city view from my room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of my stay. Cons: Old-school design: While the design of the room and facilities felt dated, everything was still functional and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the room size and view standing out as key strengths.

Booked a two room four bed suite for the F1 GP. Arrived late at night 1am and wanted to take a shower. When we opened the bath tab the water was brown. Pure solid brown color (rust). I called reception and they sent somebody to have a look. He said it was because the bath tab had not been opened for a few days. I explained that under no circumstances we can shower, wash our teeth etc with this water. The next day I went down to reception and asked to speak to the manager but they said he was out and that they would leave a message. Pure silence. The following day again I went to reception and asked to speak to the manager and again they said that they would leave a message. Nobody came back. Pure ignorance. How is it possible for a hotel offering such unhygienic water and be able to get away with this....? I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It ruined our holidays and eventually we ended up all having a shower in the kids room where the water was slightly better and brushing out teeth with bottled water....

First of all, the hotel staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. As the face of the hotel, their behavior was downright embarrassing, and it was shocking to have such poor treatment as a guest. I booked a 2-bedroom family suite, it was a suite connected to a regular room. I found it strange to have a connected room suite and I never heard about this. I arrived at 2 PM, which is the official check-in time, expecting both rooms to be ready. One room, the suite, was ready, but the connected room wasn’t, and I was told it would take an hour to prepare. I had no problem with that and agreed to return later in the day. Also, they charged me by separate rooms, not as a whole suite. When I came back around midnight, I was told the connected room had been given to another guest. This was completely unacceptable. It was already 12 AM, and I just wanted to rest, but instead, I was “compensated” with an upgrade to a suite far from my family. The suite and the connected room were charged separately but at the same price, which I found very strange and not a real compensation at all. To make matters worse, I forgot my AirPods in the room. I have a tracker on them, and I could see their activity, but housekeeping insisted they never saw them. According to my tracker, my AirPods were stolen during my stay. Keeping in mind, I had to call them over 30 times to get a reply from them. They have a phone number but they never reply. This was by far my worst hotel experience, and I will never stay here again. Save your money and avoid wasting time at this hotel. If there was a 0 star, I would give it to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day with my wife. I had a transfer from a vacation in another country and chose Corniche You need to understand that the hotel looks very tired. It is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3 stars - be sure to take this into account so as not to be disappointed Of the advantages: 1. Very beautiful lobby of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax, just to sit or drink coffee 2. Convenient location. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and generally close to any locations in the city center 3. Friendly staff - they help and communicate with you kindly 4. A nice and comfortable hall. There is a swimming pool with a good view of the city 5. Breakfasts with a wide variety of food, but it seems that this is an illusion (more details in the cons) 6. There are taxis on duty at the entrance, you can leave at any time to the desired location Of the cons: 1. There was no hot water for the entire time of our presence - we had to wash in barely warm water 2. The room was very tired of more guests and clearly needs updating. We had dirty ventilation, dirty sofas in some white drops and so on 3. There were no bathroom facilities for two people. They all lived for one person - one towel, one soap 4. The buckets in the bathrooms look just awful. Please replace them 5. About breakfast - there really seemed to be a lot of food, but there was nothing to eat. A couple of main courses and a lot of extra. The coffee is tasteless Overall, the hotel is normal, but definitely not 5 stars. Do not set yourself up for a high level of service and quality of the hotel

The quality of service is getting worse and worse every year. I waited 45 minutes to check into my room :( the hotel gave me a room with a city view, not a sea view. Although I chose sea view. My Diamond status has ended and I am not upset because I often do not want to stay in such hotels

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious with decent service. However, there were a few drawbacks: the window was dirty, and the view wasn’t great. Although the room was non-smoking, there was a faint smell of smoke and a slight foul odor upon entering. The washroom had some dirt in spots, and the kettle was not only dirty but also non-functional.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Abu Dhabi and was disappointed with the experience. The room itself felt more like a motel room than a hotel room, lacking the level of comfort and quality I expected. We also had ongoing issues with the hot water. Initially, there was no hot water at all, and although an employee came to turn the water heater on, the problem persisted. Even after their intervention, the water never became warm enough, which was frustrating. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations.
