Location is very convenient to get to and environment is pretty good outside. Cabs are also easily accessible. Checkin process was quick and seamless. Ibrahim at the reception was very courteous to us. Hotel is very big and rooms are spacious. We got a room with two queen beds that was very comfortable considering we have a 7-year old kid as well. Everything in the room starting from bed sheet, pillows, towels and bath accessories are very nice. Housekeeping service is also commendable. I want to mention Henry who was so good to talk to and he also showed a lot of creativity by making amazing stuff using towels in the room. Breakfast buffet is very lavish, however, options and variety for vegetarians can be improved. Checkout process was also pretty quick thanks to Kunal at the reception. Our request for breakfast package was also fulfilled since we were leaving at 6 in the morning. Overall, amazing experience and a memorable trip to Abu Dhabi. I would definitely stay at Aloft on my next visit.

I had booked a 2 night stay at Aloft. My flight landed earlier in the AM, so asked if I could check in early. Stephanie at the front desk was very courteous and professional and said I would get a room once one was available. Since I had time, I took the option to try the nice breakfast buffet, which was extensive. Favour at the cafe and others really helped me figure out the local specialties. I had a great time chatting with everyone for an hour+ and then checked in. I consider the staff to be very friendly and professional.

Our stay at Aloft Hotel Abu Dhabi was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Due to flight changes, we arrived very early at the airport (around 1:30 AM) and were unsure how to manage until the usual check-in time of 3 PM. We called the hotel after baggage claim, and Raed, the operator, patiently walked us through the process of early check-in, explaining the availability and extra costs involved. His clear guidance set a great tone for the experience ahead. We reached the hotel around 5:30 AM, and Mustafa welcomed us warmly and efficiently assisted with the check-in process. The Duty Manager, Mero, went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering a great deal for early check-in, and by 6 AM, we were settled in our room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall hotel experience exceeded all expectations for a 4-star property. From the sleek and vibrant design to the exceptional service, everything was on point. Special mention to the concierge team, Mirza and Ola, who were incredibly helpful in arranging Yas Island transfers and finding taxis whenever needed. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist added so much value to our trip. The breakfast spread was outstanding! Nicole and the entire breakfast team were attentive, ensuring everything was well-stocked and guests were taken care of. Every morning was a delight with the variety of options and the excellent quality of food. One of the highlights of our stay was the Glow Bar. We visited it all three nights for shisha and light bites, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The outdoor seating, with its chic vibe and relaxing music, made it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff, including Omar, Bhawana, Edison, Diwash, Sweata, and Chichi, were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel so welcome, and their service truly elevated the experience. The quality of the shisha and the nibbles was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was one we’ll remember for a long time. Aloft Hotel Abu Dhabi offered us not just a place to stay but a memorable experience filled with warmth, efficiency, and incredible service. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return on our next visit to Abu Dhabi! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, there are some areas for improvement. The rooms, while clean and well-maintained, clearly show their age. The furnishings are outdated, and unfortunately, rusty water came out of the shower faucet each time I used it. Breakfast was good, but the selection never changed, which became monotonous over the course of my stay. When I inquired at the reception about massage options, I was told to look it up online. I would have expected staff to assist with this or at least offer to look into it for me. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent. Many attractions, such as the Abu Dhabi Mall, numerous restaurants, and the Grand Emirates Market, are within walking distance, which was very convenient. Also is the beach a very big benefit in such a central area. While this hotel may have deserved a 5-star rating two decades ago, it no longer meets that standard. Based on my experience staying in 5-star hotels in Dubai and Qatar, I would rate it as a solid 4-star property today. Despite these issues, the housekeeping and room service were outstanding. Special thanks to Probin, the housekeeper, for his meticulous work and professionalism – he truly did a perfect job! Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some updates and better service at reception, it could be much better.

Just got back from here, had an amazing week. All the staff are fantastic. It was my birthday whilst here and came back to a Happy birthday cake in our room. very unexpected and very appreciated. Food is good. Pool was never over crowded and the pool bar staff were wonderful. Lovely private beach with plenty of 4 posters day beds and sun loungers. Gym was well equipped. There's a lovely lady who sings live aswell. Please book in to Captains aswell. Food was really good. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Great hotel, great service. At every step, someone from the staff is waiting to help solve any problem or whim of the customer. The rooms are super clean, cleaned regularly. The food is delicious. The pool service and beach service are at the highest level. For a lazy vacationer, they will spread out a deckchair and a towel. I happen to be there after the cold play concert, so I understand that it might be busy but we had booked it over a month ago and the service was so disappointing. We had to wait an hour and a half to get our rooms and then there were no toiletries and no towels. The staff needed to be reminded every once in a while that we have requested for a service and we haven't received it yet. On the other hand the rooms where decently maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and some minor drawbacks. Pros: Spacious room: The room was impressively large with plenty of space to move around, which added to the comfort. Amazing city view: The city view from my room was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of my stay. Cons: Old-school design: While the design of the room and facilities felt dated, everything was still functional and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the room size and view standing out as key strengths.

Booked a two room four bed suite for the F1 GP. Arrived late at night 1am and wanted to take a shower. When we opened the bath tab the water was brown. Pure solid brown color (rust). I called reception and they sent somebody to have a look. He said it was because the bath tab had not been opened for a few days. I explained that under no circumstances we can shower, wash our teeth etc with this water. The next day I went down to reception and asked to speak to the manager but they said he was out and that they would leave a message. Pure silence. The following day again I went to reception and asked to speak to the manager and again they said that they would leave a message. Nobody came back. Pure ignorance. How is it possible for a hotel offering such unhygienic water and be able to get away with this....? I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. It ruined our holidays and eventually we ended up all having a shower in the kids room where the water was slightly better and brushing out teeth with bottled water....

First of all, the hotel staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. As the face of the hotel, their behavior was downright embarrassing, and it was shocking to have such poor treatment as a guest. I booked a 2-bedroom family suite, it was a suite connected to a regular room. I found it strange to have a connected room suite and I never heard about this. I arrived at 2 PM, which is the official check-in time, expecting both rooms to be ready. One room, the suite, was ready, but the connected room wasn’t, and I was told it would take an hour to prepare. I had no problem with that and agreed to return later in the day. Also, they charged me by separate rooms, not as a whole suite. When I came back around midnight, I was told the connected room had been given to another guest. This was completely unacceptable. It was already 12 AM, and I just wanted to rest, but instead, I was “compensated” with an upgrade to a suite far from my family. The suite and the connected room were charged separately but at the same price, which I found very strange and not a real compensation at all. To make matters worse, I forgot my AirPods in the room. I have a tracker on them, and I could see their activity, but housekeeping insisted they never saw them. According to my tracker, my AirPods were stolen during my stay. Keeping in mind, I had to call them over 30 times to get a reply from them. They have a phone number but they never reply. This was by far my worst hotel experience, and I will never stay here again. Save your money and avoid wasting time at this hotel. If there was a 0 star, I would give it to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day with my wife. I had a transfer from a vacation in another country and chose Corniche You need to understand that the hotel looks very tired. It is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3 stars - be sure to take this into account so as not to be disappointed Of the advantages: 1. Very beautiful lobby of the hotel. There are plenty of places to relax, just to sit or drink coffee 2. Convenient location. There are many shops, restaurants nearby and generally close to any locations in the city center 3. Friendly staff - they help and communicate with you kindly 4. A nice and comfortable hall. There is a swimming pool with a good view of the city 5. Breakfasts with a wide variety of food, but it seems that this is an illusion (more details in the cons) 6. There are taxis on duty at the entrance, you can leave at any time to the desired location Of the cons: 1. There was no hot water for the entire time of our presence - we had to wash in barely warm water 2. The room was very tired of more guests and clearly needs updating. We had dirty ventilation, dirty sofas in some white drops and so on 3. There were no bathroom facilities for two people. They all lived for one person - one towel, one soap 4. The buckets in the bathrooms look just awful. Please replace them 5. About breakfast - there really seemed to be a lot of food, but there was nothing to eat. A couple of main courses and a lot of extra. The coffee is tasteless Overall, the hotel is normal, but definitely not 5 stars. Do not set yourself up for a high level of service and quality of the hotel

What I liked: The food we ordered to our room was delicious, thanks to the kitchen staff. We booked a family room, which was quite spacious, and the view was amazing. The beach, although small, was charming, with plenty of sunbeds, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The spa experience was also very enjoyable. What I didn’t like: The cleaning was inconsistent. On the second day of our stay, the staff made the beds and changed the towels, but they left all the dirty glasses and trash in the room. This is not the standard one would expect from a five-star hotel. Another issue was the check-in process. I had booked the room and added two guests who would be staying with me. One of them arrived 7 hours earlier than me. To ensure my friend could check in, I had requested an early check-in through the booking. However, the hotel did not allow her to check in because the first guest listed on the booking had to sign the paperwork. Although I contacted the hotel in advance to ask them to allow my friend to check in, they refused unless she was listed as the primary person on the booking. We were lucky I was still on the plane and had time to update the booking with her details. This situation was disappointing and frustrating.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing!! Rooms are spacious and clean, but the best thing is the view, we enjoyed it every day. The main restaurant is nice, we liked variety of dishes. Territory is nice: white sand, a lot of trees and cute birds, bar by the water. We preferred to relax by the beach all day, the only sad thing is that there is no sun after 3pm. We also would like to express our gratitude to the recreation team, especially Margo and Sasha from animation team!

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed in Arabian/Moroccan style, but I was disappointed that we had requested/booked a smoking room only to be offered one without windows and no ventilation in the bathroom. Cleanliness was up to standard. The buffet was very good —very varied and rich, with plenty of delicious options from different cuisines to choose from. The service truly stood out: special thanks to Mahmoud for his kindness, but in general, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.

If I can give this hotel minus 1000 I would! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel in any country regardless of it being 5 stars even (if they deserve that rating!) I had booked this hotel through booking.com from September 2024 to attend for a Coldplay concert scheduled in January 2025. My booking was paid in full through booking.com and I received the invoice and confirmation email for my reservation. Come January 8th 2025 the day of my booking, I reach after landing and the reservations cannot find my booking. The manager (shoaib) also conveniently cannot find my booking! I stayed over 2 hours arguing with them, telling them that I have paid and this is an external issue between booking and the hotel, that I am tired after my flight and they are obligated to provide me with a room, but they straight out refused and kept me loitering in the reception while also on the phone with booking.com!!!! Booking.com found my reservation with no issue, however the hotel were insisting they cannot find it ! This was all a complete ruse from the hotel to take advantage in the price hike due to the concert! As I paid a lesser price in September, the manager told me “let’s book you a room for the current rate and block the amount until this is resolved by booking!” What, Take advantage of a foreigner alone AFTER they paid and AFTER they had everything arranged for them to make more money!!!! I insisted to cancel my booking with this sham of a hotel and booked in another hotel even if it was more expensive and I will most definitely escalate this further to the group managers !!!

Not worth the price, and doesn't compare to anything near 5 or even 4 stars. No one picks up the phone for reservations so I had to go there to book. Bad receptionist vibe, and average quality rooms.. plus I found a baby crib inside my room. Which was just annoying hanging there as I'm not with a child. The receptionist was cold and unfriendly, and he was not flexible not helpful. Not even a smile. It's your job, but ok! Not coming back for sure.

Super luxury hotel. The swimming pool was on the 23th floor and nice, I could really enjoy and relax during my time of staying. All staffs were so sweet and kind, especially Mr Meshar, (sorry if I spell his name wrong) the tallest doorman. Only one suggestion, during the morning breakfast, it would be nice if the waiters take order as ‘ladies first’. As my husband is western, I am Asian, don’t know why he got served first.

The hotel is not as big nor grand as it looks – I was surprised at how small it was. Which is not a criticism as the hotel was just as beautiful as it looks it the pictures. The food was wonderful, the rooms where large and the staff where very friendly. The only downside was that service was a little slow. Within the hotel you have canal. You can take a short boat ride from one side of the hotel to the other, which is stunning on an evening. There is also a small amount of shops within walking distance, maybe 2-5 min max by foot, which is perfect for those that wish to move a little during the day/evening. The private beach is clean with plenty of room/sun loungers. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children who wish for a peaceful stay. – Note it was starting to get busy before we left, so I cannot comment on what the feel would be like during half term.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff are excellent, particularly Siju who will greet you with a big smile from the moment you enter the hotel. Rooms are tired and had very strong damp smell. The service was shockingly bad and we had to complain several times. Some nice views though. Management also lied to us which was a shame. Poor food options for vegetarians. Also do not book half board as the only restaurant available is the buffet restaurant. Two other restaurants in the hotel have shut down.

Had an amazing staycation with family, friends. The location and view from the spacious Mangroves Balcony rooms were spectacular. The day break and sunset views is to be experienced. Though the breakfast spread could have altered /with some changes it was still very good. Keep it up!

We have stayed here quite a few times due to the lovely location of the hotel and gorgeous views over the mangroves. Kayaking is available right beside the hotel. Highly recommend the roof top bar (especially during happy hour from 5-8pm), we had a few cocktails and enjoyed the view. Background music was upbeat and dynamite shrimp was really tasty. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast on our balcony was brought to us by the charming Sabirau who was lovely and cheerful.

We visited the hotel for a friend’s wedding and stayed the night. Their rooms are so clean and spacious. They had the most comfortable pillows ever. Their room service was a bit slow when ordering both lunch and dinner however the wait was worth it because their sushi is to dieeee for. The way from Dubai was around an hour and a half but it was so easy to get to the hotel. Highly recommend to visit Anantara! Will definitely visit again

Overall, it's not great for a supposed 5 star hotel. The room annoyed me the most, the tap in the bathroom was soo far from the sink that water always splashed around the sink, and the pressure was the same despite turning hot and cold tap, the shower knob took ages to figure out how to switch between the head and the rainfall shower, then it got stuck in the same place, the balcony lights don't work and I wasn't given any complementary water bottles. Other than that, the pool is too small and the room service is pure extortion. Good sides are the location, short journey to places of interest, the breakfast has good variety and the soap smells nice.
