Rooms are clean in general, breakfast food is amazing, and the operation team handling the breakfast buffet is great. We made our booking at sea view room, we were granted the last room of the floor which was near the construction site and the walls blocking part of the view. Requested to change room but there was no positive response Bed sheets had stains and requested to change and for 3 times the bed sheets were not clean until the last time they broght new ones. I had another room booked for our family, but still it took us 2 hours to check in although we were there earlier and booked the room, but the reception team refused to grant us the room untill after 3 pm. And at 3 pm they said we can't do anything all rooms already allocated. They have three pools, one for children which has some small slides for children. Other two small pools not as it looks in the photos of the booking, and both are full of kids , in my opinion as long as they have three pools and one of them already made for children; at least one pool should be child-free , because i felt that it was a playground not a swimming pool.

Best. Hotel. Ever! If happiness had an address, it would be this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty (minus the crown, but hey, minor detail). The staff? Friendlier than my grandma on Christmas morning. The food? So good I briefly considered moving in permanently. The rooms? Comfier than a cloud wrapped in a hug. The pool was so refreshing that I’m convinced it shaved five years off my stress levels. And the cocktails? Let’s just say I now believe in love at first sip. Honestly, if you’re looking for a hotel that treats you like a VIP, feeds you like a king, and makes you forget all your worries, stop searching—this is THE place. Already planning my next stay!

I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Disappointing Experience with Hotel( Raddison blu, Ras Al Khama) Safety and Management Yesterday we had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a serious safety concern. The door frame in our room was loose and nearly fell on our son head when he opened the door. This was not only alarming but also posed a significant risk to our well-being. Although we were satisfied with the services and staff, the hotel's management failed to take adequate responsibility for this incident. Their response was dismissive, with a mere apology and no concrete actions to address the issue. Given the severity of this safety concern, we expect a more serious commitment to ensuring the well-being of guests. Until then, we would advise others to exercise caution when considering a stay at this hotel.

Title: Amazing Animation Team – Special Thanks to Karina! I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Hotel in Al Marjan Island, UAE. I would like to give a special thanks to Karina from the animation team. She is amazing at yoga, very kind, and full of positive energy. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she interacts with everyone. Her warm and friendly personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone loved her! Thank you, Karina, for making our time at the hotel so special. I highly recommend joining her yoga sessions!

I had vacation on this hotel last year and even now I remember this time with a big pleasure. So I would like to thank staff for this 🫶🏻 First of all receptionist Abdel Ghany was helpful and nice. Rooms are big enough and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beach was big enough, but wracks under water were too much. A lot of entertainment near the swimming pool. Breakfast, dinner and lunch were distinguished and delicious

UPDATE: Following the response from hotel and few more days staying here, I thought to add few comments. The management of the hotel is always ready with excuses for just about everything. There is literally no point brining to their attention any issues as everything will be just followed with short “I understand, but….::”. Honestly, whoever is managing the hotel should have sent their “senior” staff for a customer service skills course before allowing them to face customers. Two of the “managers” here have zero empathy and also not much knowledge when it comes to bookings, asking the customer to do their “leg work” rather than taking the ownership and dealing with the problem. Noise - this is an ongoing problem, starting 6:30am!! It’s great that the hotel responded about “developing the island” but then charge half of the money for the stay! With the same money you can easily ENJOY yourself in Dubai. Come back to Marjan Island in 3 years time. Food - please note that in Full board option you are only allowed hot beverages and two types of highly sugary “soft drinks” ( with half of the Mendeleev’s periodic table) plus water that you can use to fill up your bottle but only during the meal times. It would be a good idea to bring your own water bottle if you don’t want to use the plastic ones. We are currently staying in this hotel. It is as advertised 4 stars, although I would expect better service from the staff but I guess you can have it all. Food is good, fair amount of variety, one thing that makes it bit worse is lack of fresh juices. I wasn’t impressed with the managers attitude towards our complain. Rest of the staff are polite and respectful. PLEASE NOTE the hotel is surrounded by construction sites. If you are counting on having peace, don’t. Loud noise is here every day from 7am till 7pm and there is nowhere you can escape it. Even with closed doors and curtains, you will be woken up spot on at 7am. We have tried to cancel our stay after first day but that wasn’t possible. Overall, I wouldn’t visit again.

Be aware: I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I feel I must share my experience so others can make an informed decision. The hotel is surrounded by multiple construction sites, and the noise levels were unbearable—drilling started at 6:30 AM and continued until 10 PM! It was incredibly loud, and we couldn’t sleep for the entire eight-night stay. I spoke to the manager, Hasan, who offered no real help other than moving us to another room—also in the middle of a construction site (see photos). I have also recorded videos from 6:30am but will upload later. I recently suffered a loss in my family and kindly requested an early checkout so we could get some much-needed rest, but the hotel showed no sympathy. I understand that development on the island will continue for another two years (until the end of 2026), so consider this your warning. As for entertainment, the hotel has the same singer performing every single night. While she is lovely, I expected more variety from Hilton. The food is very average, with long queues and a limited selection. Beyond the hotel, there’s only one mall, which the hotel provides a shuttle to and from. However, there isn’t much there, making the trip feel like a waste of time. My advice: If you can afford it, go to Dubai instead.

Absolutely happy with the accommodation. Clean, nice hotel, excellent service. Staff always helpful as long as you respect the rules. Does not distinguish the origin of the guest. WhatsApp communication perfect. Beach clean, sun beds and towels always enough. Meals tasty and plenty of everything. The food is different every day (same type of meat, different preparation and taste). There is always beef, chicken and some kind of fish. Lots of salads to make your own. Fewer alcoholic drinks, which is understandable given the location. Water is always available and can be delivered to your room on request. The only negative is the Russian guests who could at least learn please, thank you and where to queue when there is a queue. Unfortunately, this is not the fault of the hotel.

It was my Birthday celebration stay. I got a very nice welcome with a cake in the room plus free room upgrade. The 2 restaurants downstairs were amazing, we visited Claw BBQ 2 twice and Buddha Cafe once. Breakfast was just average. We had it included in our room rate but came only once for breakfast. There is a construction site opposite side of the hotel which is noisy nonstop so had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Also the pool and the beach are overcrowded so it was very hard to get any vacant sunbeds or being able to move a bit in the pool was impossible considering how many people were in.

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

We went to Double Tree Hilton RAK to celebrate our daughter's birthday, where we stayed for 2 nights from September 5th to September 7th. First, the aquarium park was closed, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Second, their beach slide was also closed. Third, the nightclub was closed. When we put coins in the snooker table, it didn't work. Even when we called the cleaning lady, she only came after the third call. Despite being such an expensive hotel, there was a lot of mismanagement. If we had known about these closures beforehand, we would never have booked. These activities are essential for our entertainment. Also, the kids' club is not suitable for children under 4 years old if you can't leave them alone. Overall, it was a bad experience because the staff did not properly inform us about what was open and what was closed.
