I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nice stay for short vacation. Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. Enjoyed my stay for 1 day. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available. Breakfast is nice. Beach is fine. Convenient price and great value compared to services.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the services provided. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service at the reception. AKO was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our experience was unforgettable. He went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my friend, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. His dedication truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is amazing with great potential. The staffs were super friendly, AKO handled our check-in process. He was very kind to answer all our queries. Food - Main course ordered through room service did not suffice for even one person's appetite. Beach access was amazing and safe. Amenities could be improved - Table Tennis, Board Games, etc could be introduced.

Bad ventilation in the rooms, mold was in the bathroom and at the entrance to bathroom. Doors were damaged because of bad ventilation. They didn’t really clean rooms, they never washed the floor, even if there were so much dust. Staff at the reception were fine. Hotel looks 50 years, even if it is relatively new. Food wasn’t good either. Every day almost same and not much choice. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The best hotel we've been to! We are still on site and are absolutely thrilled. We've never had such a great courteous servis. All employees really do a great job. The rooms are great and offer plenty of space. We even got an upgrade with sea view. The beach is also great and there are free loungers and plenty of peace and quiet. However, if you don't just want to be on the beach, you should rent a car at the airport beforehand, as the hotel is 1 hour away from Dubai. But you can also park the car there for free. We weren't here last time:)

Everything went great. As they say, Sun, Air and Water are our best Friends! Ideal for a family holiday. Our two children aged 9 and 25 are happy. The food is delicious and varied. It's a lovely hotel, I really liked everything. Dina, a very friendly girl, accompanied the whole vacation. The room had a sea view, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the restaurant had excellent food. It turned out to be a super vacation.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We went to Double Tree Hilton RAK to celebrate our daughter's birthday, where we stayed for 2 nights from September 5th to September 7th. First, the aquarium park was closed, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Second, their beach slide was also closed. Third, the nightclub was closed. When we put coins in the snooker table, it didn't work. Even when we called the cleaning lady, she only came after the third call. Despite being such an expensive hotel, there was a lot of mismanagement. If we had known about these closures beforehand, we would never have booked. These activities are essential for our entertainment. Also, the kids' club is not suitable for children under 4 years old if you can't leave them alone. Overall, it was a bad experience because the staff did not properly inform us about what was open and what was closed.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll
