I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent. Nice stay for short vacation. Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. Enjoyed my stay for 1 day. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available. Breakfast is nice. Beach is fine. Convenient price and great value compared to services.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the services provided. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service at the reception. AKO was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our experience was unforgettable. He went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my friend, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. His dedication truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are wrongly advertised and the reception is uncooperative simply saying it is a fault from their marketing and they are not liable. And to reach out to the TA over a small issue as balcony, rather than solving their own issue and accommodating. Reception barely explains any facilities. Every guest at the reception seems arguing over same issue for room view, categories etc. The hotel has a MAJOR NOISY construction happening right in front of the balcony, noise and view is a nightmare. Definitely not worth spending the time and money.

The hotel is beautifully located, with great views and direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The pool areas and beach are perfect for a relaxing day, and the service is friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants with a good variety of food. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy the sun. Would definitely visit again!

Firs of all thank you for your hospitality. The reception was very helpful, it was uae gateway weekend with my daughter, and she enjoyed a lot. And you must stay for breakfast and its massive choices. Room and view its great. Love the sushi bar and the entertainment at Buddha bar karma cafe . Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We absolutely loved our experience at Doubletree by Hilton RAK. From start to end, everyone went above and beyond for us. The staff was lovely, and even though it was very hot (38-40degrees) they always had a big smile on their faces - and a special shout out to the concierge, Prakash. He really ensured that we were looked after and met every need we had. 5 star service from Prakash! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hilton should be lucky to have him in there team. Would definitely come back! Thank you so much - from the 2 sisters with the watermelon floaty.
