I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nice stay for short vacation. Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. Enjoyed my stay for 1 day. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available. Breakfast is nice. Beach is fine. Convenient price and great value compared to services.

I visited last weekend with my family for a short trip and the hotel location along with the sea-view rooms were absolutely amazing. The buffet dinner was good, though the spread could have been more varied. A special thanks to Debi and Naqeeb from the front desk for accommodating our requests and providing excellent support; they truly impressed us. Overall, our stay was great value for money.

The property boasts breathtaking views and a fantastic beach that’s perfect for relaxation. It’s also incredibly family-friendly, with great options for children to play and enjoy their time especially in kids pool A special mention to Mr. Harish from the restaurant staff, whose exceptional service, dedication, and attention to customer needs truly made our dining experience memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re looking forward to returning soon!

Radisson is always our preferred stay for family staycations. We have always had wonderful times at Radisson properties across the globe and this was no exception. They had really cool show at night for the families and especially for the kids, the rooms were clean, with prompt service. When I wanted additional support with late checkout, Mr. Naqeeb helped a lot in ensuring that we are having comfortable stay. We were greeted with 2 cakes on 2 days. I only had 2 issues which I want the management to consider: 1) I was charged additionally for ordering plates and spoons in the room - it was my life's first experience to pay for such simple service. 2) The kids pool was not temp. controlled and when I asked the team there, they mentioned that due to shower and rides, they don't have temp. controlled pool which was not really convincing for me. Rest, all good!

Room is very cozy and super clean! Everything you need were in the room! We got the room with sea view and such amazing views! Food were great! Mr.Kent, Dina and Jana help us a lot during stay! Everything went great. As they say, Sun, Air and Water are our best Friends! Ideal for a family holiday. Our two children aged 9 and 25 are happy. The food is delicious and varied. The service is good and unobtrusive. The staff is competent and friendly. Thanks to everyone and our hotel manager Sam. If it works out, we will come back!

Overall the location is great, rooms are clean and cozy. The buffet meals are not bad, you can find a big variety of different dishes. They have a huge lobby and pleasant stuff and receptionists. Moreover, they have a kids playground as well.

The hotel is very good. We like the quality of service since check in. Especially we love the service in the restaurant. On the second day of stay we met waiter Igor who asked us about any issues. Since than Igor used to help us solving some little restraint issues like bringing forks, fruits, advising for allergy products for our kid. Igor is a good professional, we enjoy the food with his help.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.
