I stayed a night at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The breakfast was a standout, with a lavish spread that was fresh and tasty. The pools, both for kids and adults, were impeccably clean, and the presence of a lifeguard added an extra layer of safety. However, there were some issues with the room. Despite being advertised as an extra king-size bed, it was actually smaller than a standard king size. Additionally, the commode in the washroom needed a thorough cleaning, and a dental kit was not provided. I believe the hotel should pay more attention to room hygiene. Overall, while the pool area and the food at the restaurant were excellent, there’s room for improvement in room maintenance.

The whole family spent 2 weeks at the hotel on an all inclusive basis during the last week of August and first week of September. Every minute in the hotel was faultless. Real effort was made to keep the food interesting for what is a lot of guests, theme nights, varying options, wide choice whilst still maintaining standard offerings, the best part was not a chip or french fry to be seen! Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean, the air conditioning was fantastic and very welcome with the August/September temperatures. Tea and coffee and water was supplied every day and despite other negative reviews for towels, they were always fresh and clean. The outstanding element of the hotel absolutely was the team of people in every single area of the hotel, reception, housekeeping, bars, restaurants, always happy to talk, smile, help and serve. It would be unfair to call out anyone as the best as not one person did not excel. It is a really friendly, happy helpful and efficient team of people that really want to make guests happy and do the best job possible, they are a credit to Radisson! Thank you to each and every one of them and they really do need medals for handling how some of the guests are rude and disrespectful to them. The only part of the holiday we enjoyed less is absolutely no reflection on the hotel or staff but Al Marjan Island "will" be the next Palm but it isn't yet, there are a few things to do in the area but you do need to travel as the area of the Island is still under development and quite sparce. We will go back but will give it 2 years until the area is further developed. If you need to relax, chill out and not do a lot this is the perfect no hassle, great service retreat! Thanks to all of you.

I had an incredible stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island! The food was both diverse and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. The sandy beach was lovely—though a bit small, the water was perfect & clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an excellent experience during our stay, thanks to the wonderful assistance from the receptionist, Ainure. Upon arriving at the hotel, we encountered some unexpected construction noise near our room. Without hesitation, she quickly and professionally resolved the situation by helping us change rooms. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. She handled everything efficiently, ensuring our stay was comfortable and peaceful. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and she made a significant positive impact on our overall experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I recommend this hotel, because everything is great. Very kind service! People are so friendly. Sea is wonderful! Hotel is perfect for family holidays with small children. Food is delicious, there were different meat, fish, fruits, cakes, ice-cream and cocktails! And of course people in hotel very very good, especially Anthony))) good and friendly guy! I guess we will come back here one more time❤️

Great hotel, definitely would recommend we didn't have any major issues, the minor issue like the hairdryer over heating and the safe not working were resolved instantly when raised. Friendly staff always someone available when needed. We came as a family and I feel it's very family friendly. The options for food is not limited and is tasty. Only downside was space for our suitcases and clothing, as a family of 4 we could have benefited from more space. Also the all-inclusive is not like other places to sum it up, I would say it's full board but with drinks as there are certain places within the vicinity that are not included and we have to go get our drinks they are not provided like many other places in the fridge when we arrived or topped up everyday. Loved the location and the views are amazing especially from our balcony!

What an amazing experience! Beautiful hotel, great location, on the beach. Great water activities. Every member of staff have been an absolute delight. A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

We had the worst all inclusive package experience with this hotel. Customer service is also very bad especially the front office and bar attendants which are rude and grumpy. Toilet has a leakage too so its all wet continously. Front office staff are very grumpy since the day of our check-in. Unhelpful and very snob. Extra bed which we paid came at 4pm although we were there since 1pm. I have to follow up 4x before the act. All inclusive is a total waste. Food in the bar is chargeable and apparently drinks the following day is no longer included in the so called ALL INCLUSIVE that we paid. I completely understand if they have served us premium drinks - but those are the cheapest in the market. Bartenders are rude and judgmental, they asked us every now and then but other nationality they don't bother. They are also unhygienic. Serving drinks with bare hands and no gloves. Scooping the ice from the box using the cups directly while holding other items in their hands which is disgusting. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Will be the FIRST AND LAST WITH THIS HOTEL! BEWARE!!!

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time. The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations. The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow. We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced. Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same. We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

I stayed at the hotel because of the attractive price. As for the location, it is far from the city center, so the hotel resort does not compensate for this distance. The hotel itself is modeled on large hotel complexes with rather low-rise buildings. On the plus side I can count cleanliness, organization in public areas as well as rooms. The food served did not taste good to me, while one could not complain about the small choice. Very nice, wide and sandy beach where you can relax. On the big minus deserves concrete between the buildings, where it is impossible to stand even for a moment, because the temperature hits your head from this concrete. The hotel is average, while if you appreciate the low price you will be satisfied.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We went to Double Tree Hilton RAK to celebrate our daughter's birthday, where we stayed for 2 nights from September 5th to September 7th. First, the aquarium park was closed, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Second, their beach slide was also closed. Third, the nightclub was closed. When we put coins in the snooker table, it didn't work. Even when we called the cleaning lady, she only came after the third call. Despite being such an expensive hotel, there was a lot of mismanagement. If we had known about these closures beforehand, we would never have booked. These activities are essential for our entertainment. Also, the kids' club is not suitable for children under 4 years old if you can't leave them alone. Overall, it was a bad experience because the staff did not properly inform us about what was open and what was closed.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll
