I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. One highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the entertainment and activities organized by the amazing animator, Karina. She is incredibly talented and energetic, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests of all ages have a fantastic time. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she manages to create a fun and engaging environment for everyone. Whether it was pool games, or activities for the kids, Karina’s presence made every event special. The hotel's facilities are excellent, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms, a beautiful pool area, and various dining options that cater to all tastes. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. A special thanks to Karina for her outstanding efforts in making our stay truly unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon!

I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner. They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent. Nice stay for short vacation. Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. Enjoyed my stay for 1 day. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available. Breakfast is nice. Beach is fine. Convenient price and great value compared to services.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the services provided. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service at the reception. AKO was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our experience was unforgettable. He went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my friend, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. His dedication truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Extremely noisy, cannot rest due to the constant outside construction related noise that is 24/7. I couldn’t sleep or rest properly neither my kids. Staff is helpful, food tasty and have great variety. Due to the construction related noise that was not mentioned before I made my reservation it’s way to expensive, if I would have known I would have book in Dubai or elsewhere. It’s worth max half of the current price, for this much you can find much better elsewhere! Due to the circumstances the they cannot influence at the moment this not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel, don’t recommend at all for the next 2-3 years!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton by Hampton, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel is perfect for your dream honeymoon! We were celebrating our honeymoon here, and just now, a lovely lady brought us a delicious cake with a beautiful message. Such a thoughtful touch! We highly recommend this place!

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll

We absolutely loved our experience at Doubletree by Hilton RAK. From start to end, everyone went above and beyond for us. The staff was lovely, and even though it was very hot (38-40degrees) they always had a big smile on their faces - and a special shout out to the concierge, Prakash. He really ensured that we were looked after and met every need we had. 5 star service from Prakash! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hilton should be lucky to have him in there team. Would definitely come back! Thank you so much - from the 2 sisters with the watermelon floaty.
