The experience was incredibly relaxing, with the added bonus of bicycles available for easy exploration of the island. The food was delicious, and the restaurant's beachfront location made dining even more enjoyable with stunning sea views. In all my life, I've never had an experience like this. From arriving at the spa to preparing for the massage, everything was perfect. I especially want to thank YO who was a fairy, I relaxed in such a fantastic way that I wish I had the power to freeze time. We visited many hotels during our trip in Thailand and this was absolutely our favorite! We will definitely come back again. The transfer from and to tonsai pier was well arranged. The resort is on a lovely part of the island, nice and quiet but there are still plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance of the resort. The rooms are wonderful in every way, the bed was very comfortable, everything was incredibly clean and it smelled wonderful. We were also real fans of the lovely coconut-scented shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast was extensive and delicious and the restaurant has beautiful views of the sea. In addition, both pools were very clean and beautiful. We really could not find any negative points about this resort and can recommend everyone to book here!

Great stay at Phi Phi. The resort was great hosts and we enjoyed our time at the resort. The village behind the resort is also a nice change of pace and has some good restaurants. It is really easy to get a long rail boat to the main city in the village. We also got massages and Ausy did a great job, the spa is very nice and one of the highlights of the property. Also, kudos to the SAii team for a great NYE event.

I really liked the Hotel. In my opinion the bath could be cleaner but the rest of the hotel room was very comfy, clean and pretty. The food is more expensive than on other islands but it’s worth it. We only didn’t liked the Pizza that much. The service and stuff were super friendly and fast with everything. You can rent bikes & Kajaks for free. The small village behind the hotel is very cute and local. I can recommend it and would come back. If you like it quiet and relaxing this is your hotel!

My wife and I had the best time during our 3-day stay at Zeavola Resort. The staff were amazing, making us feel so welcome from start to finish. Our villa, surrounded by lush greenery, felt like a private retreat in the heart of nature. The spa treatments were exceptional, leaving us completely relaxed, and the activities offered—from snorkeling to exploring the island—were fantastic. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene, luxurious getaway!

My husband booked this place as a last minute mini vacation within our Thailand vacation. Our goal was to completely RELAX during this part of the trip and that was exactly what we did! This place is amazing! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed how peaceful and calm it was compared to the usual busy tourists areas. I had only wished we booked our stay longer! Definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

I recently stayed at a wonderful resort and spa that exceeded expectations in so many ways. The room was immaculate—spacious, modern, and filled with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel luxurious. The views were breathtaking, and the amenities, especially the heavenly bed, added to the overall sense of relaxation. Service at the resort was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. From check-in to dining and spa treatments, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. However, despite the incredible room and service, I had to give the location 3 stars. The resort itself is set in what should be a pristine paradise, but unfortunately, the surrounding beach and sea are marred by plastic waste. It was disheartening to see such a beautiful natural environment neglected, with no enough effort to clean up or preserve the area. I believe it’s crucial to protect the environment, especially in a place as stunning as this, and I hope the management will take steps to address this issue. Preserving this paradise for future guests should be a top priority.

This is truly the best hotel on the island. The service here is like no other. Everyone is super nice and friendly, very knowledgeable and always happy to help. I forgot pretty much about every worry I had - from where my luggage was when we arrived, to where we should leave it after we checked out. It's truly remarkable and they make great efforts to make your stay pleasant. This is hands down the best hotel I've been to so far. Admittedly, I'm a foodie and the food here is above average, but not exceptional. The hotel is fortunate to be close to Phi Phi Village (2kms - 10 min beach walk + taxi) where you can find some local restaurants and try their food. Honestly it's a no brainier for booking this resort.

This is definitely one the best hotels I’ve ever been. I travel a lot and stay mostly in 4/5* hotels. They are all good. But this one is special. The rooms (houses) are spreaded in a green garden, arranged not I a military grid as all the other resorts from Dubai to the Maledives. Sometimes you feel like the only guest even when it is fully booked! Rooms are spacious and open to the surrounding nature. But you still have your privacy. What a nice feeling! The service is extremely friendly, silent and always there when you need it. It is positioned at the only place on the island where you can go. The rest of Ko Phi Phi is terrible. Overcrowded of cheap tourists and all the bays are full of noisy boats. The hotel has a nice diving school and Marco, one of the teachers is very empathetic and nice. The beach in front of the hotel is calm (compared to rest of the island). Just next to the hotel are also resorts but they are on a different level. But you also find some easy restaurants and bars if you want to see something else instead of going everyday into the restaurant of your resort. The restaurant is good, maybe not the best of what Thai cuisine has to offer, but much better than the rest you can find on the island. If you plan to go to Ko Phi Phi, stay at Zeavola or choose a different island!
