Absolutely loved our stay at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai! From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. The traditional cultural performances were a beautiful touch that added a local charm to the stay.

My experience at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations.
1. Tranquil Location & Stunning Views:
The resort is incredibly peaceful, with a breathtaking location surrounded by nature. The scenery is simply amazing — a perfect escape from the noise and crowds.
2. Beautiful & Quiet Rooms:
The room was calm, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The private pool made the experience even more enjoyable.
3. Outstanding Staff:
Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their warmth really made a difference.
4. Minor Issue with Restaurant Credit:
There was only one issue during my stay — a misunderstanding with a restaurant staff member regarding the use of the resort credit. Unfortunately, the management handled it poorly by calling in the waiter to prove I was wrong. This approach was unprofessional and left a negative impression, which contrasted with the otherwise excellent service.
5. Amazing Restaurant Experience:
The food at the resort was outstanding — delicious, healthy, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste.
6. Fast & Efficient Transportation Within the Resort:
The internal transportation service was impressively responsive. On one occasion, I called for a buggy and they arrived even before I hung up the phone!
7. Highly Recommended:
I strongly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and a unique experience surrounded by nature.
Final Note:
I would only advise the management to train the front desk staff to handle situations more gracefully. One negative moment should not overshadow the hard work and excellence of the rest of the team.

This resort was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so sweet. We got massages at the spa that were probably the best massages we’ve ever had. Definitely book this hotel if you want a few days in Thailand to feel pampered. The property is large so it’s definitely somewhere you’d want to commit time to but well worth it if you have a couple of days. The village and 7-eleven are about a 10 minute walk on the beach. If you are a westerner and homesick this place will change your mind!

We stayed at the sea view room and it was beautiful. The room had a very cozy vibe, and they had set up a small baby cot as we were traveling with a toddler and an infant.
Best room choice for parents traveling with kids as the kids will love the bath tub in the balcony.
Amazing service and the property is very well built.
Great breakfast buffet and other restaurants are also good.
They have a fantastic spa, and their beach side massages are also nice.
It is a child/ family-friendly place with options for plenty of activities.
They also provide free wifi in the room and most common areas.

If you're in the Phuket area, this is the hotel to stay at. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was exquisite. Right from the airport they have a shuttle that takes you to a marina and then they have their own boats to take you to the island. They offer drinks and hot towels on the boat, nice touch.
We got in early, so unfortunately we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but that wasn't the hotels fault.
All the buildings at the hotel have incredible wood carvings that beat a modern hotel any day. Most of the buildings are up the hill from the beach, but they have little carts to take people back and forth.
The food was good and they offered different theme nights throughout the week. I especially liked the included breakfast buffet.
Our room was part of a larger building, but it felt very private. Again, every inch of the room has crazy wood carvings and the balcony (with a bath tub) had an amazing view of the bay.
At the time, our room was about $150 a night, which is already a great deal for a 5 star beach front hotel on an island, but I have seen prices as low as $60 a night. I am counting down the days until we can go back again. This is a good place for couples, but also groups of friends.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All the hotel staff went above and beyond, the food at the restaurants on site was great and everything was extremely well kept and presented. The room itself was beautiful with a stunning view. You are really immersed amongst nature at this resort. The only challenging aspect was accessing the resort via a dirt road which got very muddy and slippery after rain, but it is possible to get wharf transfer for an extra cost.

Divine stay. End of our honeymoon trip in Thailand. Loved everything about it, especially the view from our gorgeous room and the infinity jacuzzi pool. Thoughtful touch of complimentary prosecco, fruit and the towel swans on our bed with flowers and a message cut out of banana leaves! Felt truly indulged. Ate gorgeous Thai food (try the soft shell crab deep fried in tamarind sauce and the papaya salad with corn!) on restaurant right on the beach, enjoyed free yoga, swam out to the platform in the middle of the bay and saw some cool fish on the reef with borrowed snorkel masks, watched rain roll in and out whilst sat in pool or using outdoor shower. The perfect place to sit and luxuriate!

Serene tranquil island!! Perfect if you want a relaxed holiday away from the hustling and bustling of bug cities!! Rooms are generous size, we had the one with the spa inside!! Easy to do Island trips from here organised by the hotel, otherwise not too much to do, so consider the time spent here! Good food, but a la carte gets a bit boring after some days, buffet available at cost! Massages great!

We could skip check-in informations as we already waited for the boat long enough (3hrs) but good organisation of the transfer from Phuket airport.
Resort is nice, well maintained and always clean.
Location on this private beach is great, not much people and pretty quiet. However color of water is kinda swampy so don't expect pristine water.
We took private villa with jacuzzi and it was definitely worth the view.
Restaurant was okay and good to have happy hours at the bar.
Overall it was pricey so not sure we would go back.
- very noisy kids at the pool so don't expect to chill there while the zoo is open. Should have one pool adult only or enforce some quiet schedule.

The food was excellent, all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the services on offer left nothing to be desired. By far our favorite hotel during our 3 weeks and 6 hotels here in Thailand. The service is impeccable. It is truly like nothing I’ve ever experienced. They focus on “customer service” here and even have a customer relations team.
The food was great, the views are amazing, the rooms are comfortable, the hospitality is top notch and the island is so quiet and relaxing, but still has great bars and restaurants
They have daily activities; one of which is a beach cleanup. I joined with 2 members of the team. It was great to see their passion in taking care of our earth

Rooms were great, service was great. Had some problems with booking third party (through Mr. And Mrs. Smith) and they were very helpful. Guided us on the situation very well and made our stay stress free. Quiet location. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed during our stay, but they opened up a villa pool for use and it was great! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to get out of the busy touristy areas nearby!

We loved our stay at Cape Kudu! We managed to book a Pool Villa and the property was just wonderful. The pool at our room was so private and the suite itself was very comfortable and wonderful. The spa was really beautiful and we had great massages. We rented scooter next door and had a great day riding around. They have a beach area but it's more just a small area with sand, swimming was not the best in that location. But the great pools, breakfast buffet, food and bakery all made up for it.

We visited this hotel during spring break and I can’t tell you how much we loved this property! Is a secluded hidden gem! We specially loved their breakfast buffet- particularly the chicken bacon and poached eggs which were perfectly cooked by their head chef! We stayed for two nights and chose to dine at the hotel because the food was amazing! We tried their curries and their delicious mango sticky rice, which is a MUST- you won’t be disappointed! We absolutely loved their neat nest-box prepared for their local hornbill, which is right in front the restaurant/pool. It was a spectacular sight watching him up close feeding his chicks! We honestly recommend using the hotel private hotel shuttle to Phuket-you get a shuttle from the hotel to the pier in a private boat and a fancy transfer once you arrive at the Phuket private dock.
We loved our stay and the amazing staff. Kudos to their attentive staff from the kitchen and room attendants, spa staff and to the front desk who helped us with all our needs! We will definitely visit again when we return to Thailand!

Beautiful resort in a fabulous location. The staff working here were absolutely incredible. We rented a villa for 4 nights which was beautiful and had a nice view. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a large gap between the sliding glass doors to the patio, which we discovered was the perfect size for large insects to enter our room which was the only downside. The resort itself has steep roads which make it difficult to walk. However, staff provide very prompt shuttle services to help guests navigate the property.
Pool was clean and very large. This hotel appeared to have lots of families which wasn't as enjoyable for us as a couple, but that's okay. We loved the staff, and found our stay really nice!

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel
We booked Rawi Warin for a couple gateway and finish our last days of our Thailand trip expecting a luxury 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it falls short and is more of a 4-star hotel at best. The facilities are outdated and in need of serious renovation. You can tell that the hotel has not been properly maintained, and it lacks the modern touch you would expect from a high-end resort.
Breakfast was one of the biggest letdowns. It was incredibly crowded, and aside from eggs and pancakes, the only other options were Thai dishes. While I understand offering local cuisine, a true 5-star hotel should cater to a wider range of tastes, especially considering the majority of guests were Eastern European or Russian. The coffee from the machine was terrible, and to make things worse, the bread was old and stale. We even heard other guests complaining that the food was not fresh. This was by far the worst 5-star breakfast I’ve ever had.
Another major downside is that this is primarily a family hotel. If you’re a couple looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway, I highly recommend skipping this place. The atmosphere was far from relaxing, and our stay felt stressful rather than enjoyable.
Overall, Rawi Warin is not worth the very high premium price we paid. If you’re expecting true 5-star service, luxury, and tranquility, look far elsewhere!!!

Complimentary room upgrade, incredible service, brilliant breakfast, world class resort, no doubt. I wish the location was more central in Ko Lanta as most outside food and convenient stores are a decent walking distance away.
Regardless, I think this is one of the best resorts I've been to, world class service, one of the most accommodating resorts!!!

The hotel was quite aging but in a good shape and well maintained. Room and facilities are cleaned and massive for me to enjoy just staying in a hotel the whole day. There is no beach and the sea is not for swimming with lots of huge rocks. Staffs here are nice as a typical Thai however they talk loudly, mingle all the times, which is disturbing my peaceful time. So, if asked, I would not come back here coz nothing is worth memorable.

Really amazing resort!
Keep in mind if you are in bad shape or not able to walk well on inclined slopes, insure to get a room at the bottom of the hills. The hills are very steep. Even though there is a constant taxi service free if charge that the resort provides.
Breakfast is very good and it changes slightly everyday with some new dishes while always keeping a traditional American breakfast.
The gym has good machines and basically what you need, however it can be a bit crowded.
The two different pool sizes are good, but it would have been nice with one for kids that are not able to swim yet. The lowest pool is 0,75cm.
Overall I can highly recommend this beautiful resort, the staff is very kind the food and the hotel is good but a bit overpriced compared to outside of the hotel

Our trip was off with a rocky start but Ms. Nora and her team made sure that our stay here was as comfortable as possible. The rooms newly renovated were very homely and comfortable. The views from this property and their private beach give you an experience that you won't be able to get anywhere else. My favourite thing has to be the cycles that you get to rent here. Its simply therapeutic to cycle through the pathways here in the midst of nature. The best thing about this place is truly the people. So hospitable and positive makes you feel right at home. We spent three nights at SAii Phi Phi Island Village and truly enjoyed our stay. The resort offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The breakfast buffet was excellent—fresh, varied, and something we looked forward to each morning. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn’t included by default, so you’ll need to pay extra for it.
Getting to the resort is an adventure in itself. You can arrive by ferry or speed boat. Ferries dock at the main pier, but if you're coming by speed boat, you'll likely transfer to a smaller boat near the resort. Depending on the tide, you may need to walk a short distance in knee-deep water to reach shore. It’s all part of the island experience!
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort restaurants served very good food, though prices are on the higher end. The fitness center was a pleasant surprise—well-maintained and a great option for those who want to stay active while traveling.
Overall, SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivers a relaxing, tropical escape with excellent service, great amenities, and a family-friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

it was so good. i felt so relaxed and almost fell asleep. the massage felt amazing and the ladies were very nice and we got tea before and after the massages. the view from outside was beautiful but you did have to go up a hill to get there. overall amazing experience

Our 3-night stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and felt completely taken care of by the attentive staff.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible spa experience. Nok provided the most relaxing treatments, including a wonderful massage, an Indian scalp massage, and a rejuvenating facial. Her skills and professionalism made it a truly blissful experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and renewed.

It’s difficult to put into words how idyllic and magnificent this place is. We stayed Monday to Friday and could have stayed another week easily. From our arrival by boat to our departure, this is by far the most lovely resort holiday we have had.
The resort staff do absolutely everything they possibly can to make your stay as perfect as they can and we were so sad to leave our wonderful, wonderful Sandra from reception who cared for us in every way we needed. She is a credit to Saii and I look forward to seeing her again next year.
I enjoyed an excellent afternoon at the Spa looked after by the beautiful Ausy, who pampered me for two full hours. She is the best.
The village behind the resort is the cutest thing and the villagers are very friendly and accommodating to the resort goers. We had multiple massages every day in the village as they are much much cheaper than the resort, and the food and bars are really great too.
I can’t wait to come back here… I think this will be the first of many many visits in the future.
I would say that if there was anything that could be better, it would be that the prices in the restaurant and spa were more reflective of the fact we were in Thailand.

These rooms are absolutely beautiful! The facilities are great and the service is so friendly. All the food was delicious (including the Italian spot!) and the cocktails are amazing. The excursions we did were top notch.
The only con is the location, but that depends on what you’re looking for! It is far removed from anything else, so don’t expect to go to town a lot and the road is inaccessible, you can only get there through the hotels van.

We were here during low season but end up having wonderful time. Very beautiful nature vibe. Free paddle board and kayak (can go to near by beach and rocks). Excellent services, great food though need improvement in some area.

4. Stopper in bath tub doesn’t close properly
5. Offer morning wake up juice but didn’t show up 🤣
6. If you think u have privacy in your own unit you are wrong!! They use first floor of our unit for storage and often has cleaner coming in and out to get cleaning supplies.

A Slice of Paradise! We spent 3 nights at TreeHouse Villas and from the moment we stepped on the luxury speedboat at Yacht Haven Marina we knew it was going to be special. The villas themselves are surrounded by jungle and lush vegetation, and are layered in a way that each had privacy and an amazing view. The resident Hornbill Birds flew right beside our balcony and were a highlight, and so were the friendly staff, excellent poolside menu + cocktails, beach bar, and Italian restaurant. A double kayak session provided us some morning exercise and we even found a hidden Lagoon with clear tropical water around the corner. I highly recommend Treehouse Villas for couples, families and groups looking for a luxurious "feet in the sand" escape. A big thank you to the TreeHouse Villas Team - we wish we could have stayed longer!

The interior of the treehouse, the service, the details; everything was perfect.
The beach is also super stunning, and we loved the beach bar and restaurant.
I would definitely return and stay longer next time. We loved how secluded and peaceful it was compared to other places in Thailand. Definitely a hidden gem!

We went there during rain season and were very lucky with the weather. It was very quiet and just a handful of people staying at the resort. The staff was very friendly, especially Sun, Lemon and O (Mario) were always helping with good tips and advice. We had an amazing vacation and were able to relax. The beach is perfect there and going to snorkel at the resorts beach offers a broad variation of corals and different fish.

From the moment we stepped off the pier we were greeted by Oh who drove us to the hotel on the back of his tractor which was such fun and started off the most incredible 3 day vacation of our time in Thailand. We were greeted by such friendly and hospitable staff in a beautiful reception area and then transported by golf cart all the way to the sunset pool room. Wow! What an exquisite room with a gorgeous view. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and a few steps away from the Sunset bar and infinity pool. The various pools at the resort are all a must to see and swim. We loved the food, drinks and the location is perfect! Removed from the chaos of Ton Sai but close enough to get there if you want to experience it. We highly recommend!

Set in a remote corner of Phi Phi, this resort is a remarkable feat of construction and location. The jungle-fringed grounds are vast and atmospheric, with frogs serenading the paths by night and even the occasional python sighting to spice up your stroll. The beach is idyllic—peaceful, coral-rich, and home to the best snorkeling we encountered in southern Thailand. The infinity pool is beautifully positioned, just steps from the sea, and we spent two blissful days drifting between saltwater and poolside. The breakfast buffet has range and charm, and overall, the place exudes laid-back island life.
But it also feels, at times, like a budget hotel in disguise. Details are missed: mugs and kettles in the rooms, but no coffee sachets; bins left to overflow; poolside towels requiring a cross-campus trek and vanishing by morning. The astroturf around the infinity pool is worn and joyless, and the early towel return time is baffling. The breakfast area becomes gridlocked thanks to an underwhelming coffee setup—few machines, endless queues, and no real urgency to fix it. Room features like stiff curtains add to a sense that the place could be vastly improved by someone simply walking around each day with a critical eye and a checklist.
A stunning location that delivers on beauty and tranquility—but the experience could be transformed with better care, oversight, and coffee.

Context. We are in our 50s. A couple. We stayed a few days in one of the sunset villas with private pool. Mid March 2025. Wow! No complaints at all. We looked at other reviews and had a few concerns before arriving but, no, we have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. It is a walk and a climb of a few flights of well maintained steps to the villa but we had no problem with that. We didn’t ring for golf carts and complain about the wait. We walked through the pleasant gardens and made our own way. The breakfast (included) in terms of quality and variety is exceptional. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and a breakfast choice like this is very hard to find. The rooms are clean and well maintained and turned down daily, without fail. There are bars, pools and restaurant options in the complex with shops for drinks, snacks and souvenirs but there are also other external restaurant options, close by.
The hotel organized all of our transport including long tail boats to Tonsai and bamboo island. Very professional and, again, no issues.
We simply do not have a bad word to say about Phi Phi Holiday Resort. For a relatively short stay, it was impeccable, hence our rating of 5.

Overall- the experience was amazing. This resort is away from the hustle of the mainland and is very quiet. It’s perfect for people who want to connect with nature, swim peacefully in the private beach, snorkel and soak in the peace of the surrounding areas.
We stayed for 4 days at the resort and it was lovely. We took the pool villa- the view was great and barring some old wear and tear room (walls pealing off due to humidity and slight cracks in the mirror), the room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, beach bag was provided which was considerate and the bed was comfortable.
The cons / areas of improvement need to be considered since you are paying a fair bit for the experience-
The breakfast options were limited and remained the same for the entire duration. It got boring and the food was average for the price. The sausages were kept in boiling water and not grilled / shallow fried. The quality of the sausages weren’t great either especially considering the small restaurant next door served amazing grilled sausages. We ate at the hotel a few times but found it very underwhelming. The drinks / cocktails were average as well for the price.
Also- the resort does not provide shuttle services to Tonsai Pier (which is the mainland in Phi Phi where Ferry will stop and has lots of good options for food). You need to take a speed boat or long tail boat which is expensive. You pay 1000-1200 Bhat for a 30 min ride one way. The resort only had one option for shuttle which left at 7;45 am and left at 3:45 pm from tonsai which doesn’t make sense.
The good -
The staff was great and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Shout out to Sung/Song (so sorry for misspelling the name) who always greeted us with a smile and genuinely enquired about our day. We did the island tour from the hotel and got a good deal. We paid 2800 Bhat for the 4 island private tour which we felt was a steal. Overall, we had a good time, the beach was great with little to no people around (June 2025), and would come back again.

Great place, quality 5*, very friendly, great service, lovely gardens, great beach, feels like paradise, food is good quality, drinks are good value. Guests are mostly European/Brits couples/families/groups but no young groups - it's a quiet place. Possible downsides - no sunset (but we did have a blood moon rise), pool is in the garden without view of beach (but beach is calm shallow warm great swimming), the beachfront rooms could have a better aspect - but both the village rooms and garden rooms are great. Highly recommended.

This place was an amazing stay and is quite a gem - if you enjoy nature, it is a unique experience. The place is beautiful, clean and quiet.
I also would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, they’re very efficient and lovely. Ms Nok and Mr Bomb at the reception were very helpful and even arranged our transfer to the next hotel and island directly with them, while also booking the tickets for us on the boat. Aeom in the restaurant was also very helpful and kind.
We booked the diving as well with them and Becca was great. My husband was really happy to see a leopard shark.
Overall we would definitely recommend this place and we would go back - but do make your own diligence before going, it is not a resort similar to the other ones around as it is really focused on nature and the beauty of the surroundings.

We had an amazing time at Zeavola in Dec 2019 and returned for another unforgettable family trip in Dec 2024. The stunning location with its pristine beach and lush greenery was loved by everyone, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure. The resort staff made my mom's birthday incredibly special with a surprise celebration, adding a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. Dining at Zeavola was a highlight of our stay. Chef Satya and his team crafted amazing dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented, while the service was impeccable—warm and attentive. Overall, Zeavola Resort provided us with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, creating cherished family memories. We can't wait to visit again!

It feels like I am leaving long term friends.
After 19 days of getting to know an incredibly thoughtful and personable staff team.
The manager, Ek and Nico and Tik were always available and present throughout our stay spending much time chatting with us.
Wy wife has already mentioned some of te staff by name bt I really needed to mention some staff that warmed my heart with their genuine desire to be helpful.....Aom, Ome, Laila, Naya, Yuy and Golf.
A very special mentor for the trainees that moved on...Mameow, Idea, Earth and Ying...they were an asset to the Zeavola family and I missed them when They went.
I do not normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time as our holiday was made special from every member of staff...
Zeavola really is a magical resort. I can see why families keep returning year after year.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed here over Christmas for four nights and they were the best nights of our entire trip. The resort spared no expense for a fantastic Christmas party with live entertainment and fantastic food. I also booked a private candlelit dinner here and probably had the best three course meal I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, they cleaned our rooms every day, leaving little gifts for us which really showed the value of paying for this resort.
I would recommend this resort to anybody visiting Thailand, I will certainly be heading back there as soon as I can!
