We had the most amazing experience. Everything from the amazing buffet, breakfast had all the options you can imagine, healthy options too. The number of restaurants around the island meant you wouldn’t get bored of the menus which is great when you’re staying in one place for the whole holiday. We were able to snorkel off the beach from our room and we saw manta rays, star fish, turtles, an octopus and lots of big fish. The pool was also so nice, with a bar and our barman Naseer was excellent. He was so friendly and was great to see him whenever he was on shift.

Our room was a deluxe beach villa and was beautiful.The cleaning of the room was brilliant never wanted for anything. Sorry I've forgot the young man's name who looked after us but we were in room 164. Bed turned down e every night and on our anniversary beautiful welcome beck to our room in the evening.

We picked here, at short notice, because we couldn’t get the cruise we wanted.
With little research, we landed on one of the many, jaw-droppingly beautiful islands and transferred to Meedhupparu by motor boat.
Lovely vaulted bungalow less than 50 yards from a fine white beach and a Tiffany blue/green ocean. Bars scattered around the beach that surrounds the island and some near to the restaurants inland. There is somewhere close to eat and drink everywhere, whether you stay at the bungalows, luxury villas or over-water villas.
The food, drinks and especially staff exceeded expectations. There were some lovely excursions available but, weren’t essential as the island was so serene and beautiful. We revelled in swimming with reef fishes and small reef sharks that came as close as the small breaking waves. Watching the Nurse sharks and Manta rays as well as a greater variety of reef fish at night from the harbour was a treat.
It was so phenomenal that we will have to return.

We stayed for 7 days in a beach villa. Unfortunately, it was opposite the landing / take off spot for hydro planes and aside the noise, the smell of fuel was not pleasant when you are trying to relax on the beach. Wooden sun beds were old and riddled with ants, we were advised that the rooms have been recently refurbished, though not ours. Hence 3 out of 5 stars given. We ended up going to other places to swim and relax. Tennis court is uneven concrete surface and not the standard you would expect to have in a 5* hotel. Rackets (and balls) are in a terrible state and need to be upgraded. Saying that, restaurants and bars around the resort were great and staff are exceptional. Coral reef around the island is full of different fish and baby sharks. There is a pool also but we have not tried it - it is not very big and all beds were taken when we were passing. Though we were not interested in the pool as the sea offers so much!
