The location of this property is absolutely unbeatable and truly one of its strongest highlights. Being right in the heart of Downtown Dubai made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The staff was warm, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Shuvo and Hadi from the housekeeping team, who consistently went above and beyond. No matter how messy my room was when I stepped out, I would always return to a space that was spotless, sparkling clean, and perfectly organized, which made such a difference to my overall experience. The stay was extremely comfortable and luxurious, exactly what one expects from a property like The Address Downtown. I stayed in one of the apartments and absolutely loved the convenience it offered — spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxed yet premium stay. The comfort level was exceptional and made me feel right at home. While the food overall was good, I do feel it could be slightly improved, especially when it comes to an authentic Indian homemade chai — that would truly elevate the experience. That said, everything else more than made up for it. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the property was breathtaking, and ringing in New Year’s night with such a spectacular view was unforgettable. The hotel is also within walking distance of Dubai Mall, which is a huge plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be visiting again. Superb hotel n location. Amazing hospitality. Lovely helpful staff. Had a great time on New years. Perfect place to party n watch crackers n light show of Burj Khalifa. All staff was ready to help especially Mariyam n Mehmood . Will come back again soon . As we are vegetarian Mariyam took care with our vegetarian food especially serving crispy dosa everyday for breakfast.

We felt that this hotel was truly the best in Downtown Dubai. It has a luxurious atmosphere, the staff are exceptionally kind, and both the sauna and gym are available for unlimited use. If you are considering breakfast, I highly recommend adding it as an option—absolutely worth it. At the breakfast venue, Mr. Binso provided exceptional service. He welcomed us every morning with a warm and genuine smile. For room service, Mr. Roomany offered elegant and refined hospitality, always bringing our drinks at the perfect temperature. Overall, the hotel staff are extremely well-trained, and although the price is on the higher side, it offers an experience you can enjoy only in Dubai. It was truly an unforgettable experience and one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai.

I recently visited the restaurant at Address Downtown Dubai, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. From starters to dessert, everything felt premium and carefully prepared. A special mention to Binso, whose service truly made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out.

I recently had an exceptionally good massage with Dame Gunya, and it was one of the most relaxing and rewarding experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Her calm presence and professional attitude created an atmosphere of trust, which made it easy to relax both mentally and physically. The massage itself was outstanding. Dame Gunya has an incredible sense for the body and knew exactly where tension was stored. Her movements were confident, smooth, and perfectly balanced between strength and gentleness. Every touch felt intentional and thoughtful, helping my muscles slowly release stress that I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Time seemed to slow down as the massage progressed, and I felt myself drifting into a deep state of relaxation. What impressed me most was how refreshed and light I felt afterward. My body felt loose, warm, and energized, while my mind was calm and clear. It was not just a physical treatment, but a truly holistic experience. I left feeling renewed, grateful, and deeply satisfied. This massage was an unforgettable experience, and I can honestly say it was extremely good in every possible way.
