I gave this hotel a 5-star review because it truly exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and beautifully designed, but the bathroom was absolutely stunning—modern, luxurious, and equipped with all the little details that made it feel like a personal oasis. The hotel facilities were top-tier, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The food was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes that made dining a highlight of my visit. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring that I felt welcomed and taken care of. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Address Downtown. Despite arriving at 11 AM, my check-in was delayed until 3 PM due to poor handling by reception. Additionally, a valet supervisor forced my personal driver to leave the waiting area, causing further delays, though cars were later parked there unattended. No staff member, except for a kind butler, apologized or addressed my concerns. The worst part is when you talk to those employees they act like it does not matter and they do not care, it seems they have a full rooms and you are not eligible to be their guest !!!!! I also took a photo of the car was waiting with no one inside after they insisted on my driver to leave the waiting area 😂😂 My advice for you is to go for kimpaniski Boulevard hotel, better in everything After escalating the issue, Miss Joan from management responded promptly, acknowledged the problems, and assured me that corrective actions would be taken. However, my overall experience left me disappointed, and I have chosen not to stay at Address Hotels in the future.

Exceptional service! Tahir and Mohamed, who came to clean my house, were incredibly kind and helpful. They were attentive to every detail and always willing to listen to my requests. I come to use spa facilities often, and I always have amazing experience. Spa facilities have steam sauna, dry sauna, ice shower, and relaxing resting area. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating, and especially I want to give a compliment to Ella from Ghana. She was very friendly and hard working, she paid attention to details so the facilities were spotless. I had a very pleasant experience, will definitely come back again!
