We went in July and here is my comprehensive review:
Rooms: We lucked out and got a room bigger than normal. The normal rooms can be a bit tight but would’ve been fine for us as two people. You def would want to book a bigger room if you have a family. The air conditioning worked and the rooms were clean and modern.
Food: We had the all inclusive option and there is only the one restaurant to eat at. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace which is a nice touch. Every meal had a good selection of options. The made to order food was a bit better than the ones on the buffet line. It wasn’t anything special, but for the value and convenience we were pleased. The beach bar and the pool bar also has snacks during the day.
Parking: The hotel did not have parking, it was street parking. We found always found a space, but it might be a good five minute walk away. Which doesn’t sound far but could be when you’re carrying a lot in the heat.
Location: The hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The beach is just a short walk away. I liked being on the north side of Mallorca. There are also cove beaches along the coast.
Beach: There is no designated beach for the hotel. There are beach chairs you can rent through a QR code or you can lay on the sand for free. There is a beach bar where you can get drinks and snacks with your all inclusive access.
Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good value for the price. We were overall pleased and had no complaints.

We have just spent 10 nights here at the Alua Boccaccio and we are so pleased with our time here all the staff are 10/10 hard working you can see they enjoy what they do they’re always so smiley and lovely. Everything was spotless in our room, everything you needed was there, the entertainment on the night and day time was exceptional (many different games like, table tennis, darts, archery, water polo, quiz’s bingo etc..) hats off to Gian Luca & Davide they are amazing at their jobs so lovely and kind. We weren’t to far from the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so much to do it’s such a lovely place. The hotel itself is quite big the food is great, there isn’t anything negative we had such a great time , if you want a great holiday you must stay here! thank you - Lara & Scott x

We stayed 4 nights all inclusive in September 2024. Hotel and rooms all exceptionally clean and modern really cant fault.
Food was good, apart from deserts. Soft drinks and beer were good quality branded but wine and cocktails on the all inclusive were awful.
There is very little in the way of facilities for kids there, maybe ok for toddlers but any older would be bored senseless, the holiday was just my wife and I so wasn't an issue. There was maybe 2 families with kids and that was it.
Entertainment was pretty dire and although quite a few bars nearby, none had any entertainment other than live football being shown

Hotel
Nice, clean, no renovation needed yet. Good location, close to the beach. Room cleaning and towel change every day. This is a big plus.
Room
Very small, very little space, almost nowhere to turn around. Very small closet, very few places where you can put your things, put suitcases, etc. The entrance door to the rooms is not good at all. Very large gaps, there is no rubber that would fit tightly and muffle the sound. When the door is closed, you can hear everything from the corridor, as if the door is open. At night it is very disturbing to sleep.
Restaurant
I have never seen such a thing, that the hotel staff during breakfasts and dinners rode with a cart, stopped near each table right in front of you during the meal began to throw the leftovers in the trash can, rattle appliances, plates and glasses putting them on the cart. And so they drive from table to table. Further hotel employees can be 10-20 meters from each other and very loudly communicate with each other, while the guests sit quietly and have dinner or breakfast, shouting everyone. Such behavior is worthy of probably hotels maximum 1-2 stars. Horrible.
Food
Not bad and not tasty. Something average, let's say 3 points out of 5. Such typical food as in the canteen. On Friday 1 time was more interesting: there was delicious Spanish jamon, it was delicious.
Pool, entertainment, animation
We did not use, so I can not say anything. The pool itself is not big.

Room was a little small but well equipped and very clean, could benefit from a kettle in the room.
Staff were very friendly and polite, always happy to help.
The location was great, near all the shops and a very short walk to the beach.
Overall we had a great stay and look forward to returning one day.
