Had a wonderful time here especially given our last minute booking (an hour prior to showing up). There is a cute beach on the property, a pool, and a few restaurants we enjoyed. They even have a golf cart that will bring you to and from the road from the property. We really enjoyed the breakfast and it came with a great view! This worked well for us as a base for the many tours we did, however, it was out of the way and often took us 45+ minutes extra to get anywhere.

Wonderful Stay at Amatara Welleisure Resort 🌟 I had a fantastic stay at Amatara Welleisure Resort! I’d like to sincerely thank the reception team for their kindness and quick responsiveness — they were always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist (sorry I forgot her name!) who made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and comfortable, creating a truly relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A big thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and warm service. A special shoutout to Pan from the housekeeping team — she was always friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfectly clean and tidy. Her work really made a difference in my stay! I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back in the future!

We stayed for three days at Amatara Resort—a very cool and relaxing place, perfect for those who prefer peaceful surroundings. It’s located at Panwa Beach, a bit far from the city center, but ideal for tourists looking for a quiet escape. The staff was extremely friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. One minor inconvenience was the check-in time, which is at 3 PM—we arrived at 1 PM and had to wait, though they do provide a comfortable waiting area. Also, make sure to inform them at least two days in advance if you need airport pickup; otherwise, they won’t be able to arrange it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The resort is quite large, but they offer convenient cart service to help guests move around or get to the main entrance. Another great feature is that all their restaurants offer Halal food, which was a big plus for us.

I stayed at Amatara Resort for just one night—and it felt like something out of a movie. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and every detail of the experience was top-notch. From the crystal-clear pool to the perfectly maintained beach, everything radiated peace and luxury. The towels were fresh and clean, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pure serenity. If there’s one place I would repeat in Thailand, it’s this one—without a doubt. I would return for at least 5 days, just to disconnect and truly relax in this beautiful haven.

The reception staff exuded genuine hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. We had inquired about an upgrade, and although none was initially available, the team went above and beyond by generously offering us an even larger and more luxurious room at the price of a lower category. This level of thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself is a true sanctuary, far removed from the typical hustle and bustle of Phuket. Unlike the crowded and tourist-laden areas, Amatara offers a haven of peace, elegance, and exclusivity. The entire resort is immaculately maintained, with lush gardens, stunning architecture, and an atmosphere that invites relaxation. The rooms are beautifully designed, and while some offer breathtaking views of the bay, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a mesmerizing panorama of the open sea—an experience that felt nothing short of magical. Dining at Siri Restaurant last night was another highlight. The food was well-prepared and delicious, and while the prices are naturally higher than in the more touristy parts of Phuket, they are entirely justified given the exceptional service, ambiance, and overall quality of the experience. In every aspect, Amatara is a hidden gem, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, serenity, and impeccable hospitality. If you are seeking an escape from the ordinary, this is the perfect retreat. We can’t wait to return!
